I thought I'd post just to check in with you guys. I've been trying to be more active on here, such as going back and reading comments and replying, and switching up the covers for my other stories. I absolutely love seeing your comments because you guys can be so funny and super sweet! As for the covers, I get bored with them very quickly haha. So yeah, I just wanted to let you guys know what I've been doing and I want to see what you guys have been up to!
Since Outcasts was published, life has been pretty much the same. I visited my grandma in California back in July for two weeks and it was fabulous. We went to San Francisco and I loved it so much. I was definitely a stereotypical tourist and took too many pictures, especially of the Golden Gate Bridge.

It was gorgeous! We went to an A's baseball game, the Santa Cruz boardwalk, and the California Academy of Sciences. California is so beautiful, I mean truly. San Francisco especially 😍

But since then, life has been tame. I take pictures of the sunset almost everyday and I try to write a little each day. I haven't been able to read a whole lot because of school, but I like to keep my bookshelf stocked with books for when I do have time. Here's just a teeny-tiny glimpse of it:

See that sticker that says Organ on it? I got it from a local business called Organ Mountain Outfitters in my city when I bought a shirt from them at the farmers market. For every t-shirt bought from them, they donate a lunch to a student within the public schools, which is really great. They have a variety of merchandise aside from clothing, so you should definitely check them out online!

And I swear this isn't some kind of paid advertisement. I just really love their products and I feel like they could use more exposure. The picture of the Organ Mountains at the beginning of this chapter? It was taken by one of their photographers. Gorgeous, right?

Anyway, for any of you who have enjoyed my other story Hazel, I just added Chapter Eight to it not too long ago. I've also been writing more for my other story Capturing the Summer Wind. After The Ink (previously Her Tattoo) fans also note that I've been working on heavily editing it, so look out for that soon. Detrimental is still on hold for right now. I want to make sure I get that one right.
