Piper had briefly visited Idris, where all she wore was heavy princess dresses and heavy crowns. All in all, her time could be described as heavy. With little to no word from back at home, other than Izzy's frequent updates and Clary's calls every other day Piper had no ties to her home.

Her once long hair now designated at the top of her chest, brushing her collar bones. This was thanks to Maryse who had fixed it upon returning with a uneven ponytail. If Piper had actually gotten to spend time in the glass city doing what she wanted the trip would have been more fun. No, it was greeting important people and giving speeches. However in the dead of night she would sneak into the training room and practice. Even if that meant occasionally tripping over the hem of her nightgown.

Today was the going home day, the perfect princess Diana would release the caged Piper inside. She practically beamed as she walked towards the plane, lifting up the edges of her blue dress. However she heard the upset voice of a young girl.

Piper turned, looking at the crowd of people, on her head she wore a simple gold laurel wreath. The fancy jewels crown saved for special occasions only. A girl around age five was trying to get back her stuffed rabbit from an older girl.

"If your going to grow up to be a shadow hunter you can't have stuffed animals you baby." One glared and Piper quickly walked over.

"Actually, I slept with a stuffed lamb until I was eight." I told the ten year old girl who looked shaken. "I was also raised as a mundane." I smiled st the girl with brown strands of hair.

"But your the lost princess, your allowed to sleep with a lamb." The young girl inquired and I chuckled, the words hit me hard however and I stepped out into the center of the large crowd of people.

"I'm am also a shadowhunter like you will be one day." I smiled, bending down to be at eye sight with her.

Standing up I looked around at the people gathering me, most of them were men, shorter won population of shadowhunters than men.

"Every girl is a princess as much as a warrior, so why not be both?" I took my crown from my head and it dropped on the small girl's head. "What's your name Beautiful." I asked her and she smiled.

"Memory." She replied, and I stood before her.

"Well memory, how does it feel to be a princess?" I asked and she smiled, looking to the girls beside her who shuffled their feet. "And you two.." I waited for their names which they reluctantly gave.

"Kara." The first spoke.

"Lora." The second one added.

"Kara, Lora, you both are princesses too, wether you like it or not. Even the bravest warriors must have a heart, for a warrior without heart is just a shell." I explained and they thought for a moment.

"Princess Diana, we really must be going." The pilot called and I smiled to the three girls before getting in the small private plane and taking off into the air.

"So this is my que." I winked at the shadowhunters sworn to protect me and walked through the wall of the plane and appearing in the institute stumbling a few paces into my room.

It was just as I had left it, grinning I pulled the ties of my dress and stepped out letting he favric pile on the ground before pulling on something a little more...me.

I wore black leggings with a deep sports bra that showed off my perfect body, a sheer cropped t-shirt over that before putting on my under armor socks and using my stele to refresh my tunes. After not fighting anything for almost a month my skin was left clear. Except for the permanent Angel rune on the skin right above the waistband of my leggings, the graceful rune on my shoulder and my swift rune on my inner arm. I used my ruby stele to add on the energy, bravery, and better vision rune so my skin swirled with ink black runes.
