Doctor's strike: Taehyung🌹

Warning: I'm not sure about the whole birthing process and so there might be some flaws in the way I've depicted it. I already apologize for any mistakes that might follow. 🙏

"aren't you gonna sleep?" he asks you yawning while you lay comfortably in his laps, watching news

"Your son won't let me sleep" you retort grumpily while patting the part where the baby kicks you,
"Ommo! Should I..I massage? Should I bring an ice pack..."
"Ice pack?" You roll your eyes, "thanks for your concern but no thank you" you shift a bit as you get uncomfy

"Yeob...." He begins to whine but you cut him off
"Shh hear the news" you keenly listen to the news anchor,
"Supposedly the local doctors are on a strike for 2 days because of the recent change in the policy as made by the government.... Hyungshik-ssi, what do you think about how people woul...."

"Aish what the hell" you frown, "we were supposed to go tomorrow for a check up!!"
Tae shrugs, "guess we'll have to put a rain check... Come on now let's sleep for now"
You nod and begin getting up as tae helps you out but suddenly your legs give up for you to stand for long due to which you put all your weight on your poor husband
"Y/n? What's wrong?"

You hold onto him tightly and clench your balloon shaped belly with your free hand, "ugh ugh" you start wailing, "I... I don't feel good" you close your eyes tightly as another wave of contraction hits.

"W..what what is happening y/n.... you're scaring me" he starts panicking
"Taehyung do something..... It hurts" tears well up your eyes and you dug your nails through his arms as the contractions become unbearable.

Taehyung calms you down by rubbing your back and he begins walking you back to the couch again when a few drops of liquid starts gushing down your legs making you breath heavily,
"J...jagi I'm wet" you let out a cry

He gives you a weird look, "Hehe you're in pain y/n-ah yet horny huh" he wiggles his brows as he tends to help you sit but earns a smack on the back of his head instead
"Look down pabo!" You yell

His jaw drops as he sees that you broke your water
"Aigoooooo..... Wae??" He gets worried and rubs his temples, "what should we do now?? The doctors are on a strike and so the hospitals must be closed"

He sees your painful expression and quickly helps you lay down on the couch
"Taehyung.... Just search for yoomi's number in my phone directory, she's a nurse... Ughh" you clench your jaw as another contraction appears

"Ye..ye...ye" he frantically looks for your neighbors number in your phone and calls her up

"Aaah" you gasp while crying, "I can't tolerate the pain tae.... Please do something"
"Don't worry yeobo she's gonna be here anytime soon now" he assures you while wiping off the sweats from your forehead.
