"I told you all that she would not turn her back on him, didn't I?" Michael said coldly during a meeting.

The most important Archangels sat at the very long black table, sitting in tall medieval chairs with serious concern on their faces. Michael was growing tired of being ignored, he knew very well what Estrella was thinking and planning; she wasn't going to come to their side, no matter how hard they push for her to. She was a lost cause carrying a terrible mistake that needed to be terminated before it was too late.

"What is the plan?" asked Anpiel after a long moment of silence.

The others were deadly silent in their own thoughts, trying to wrap their minds around reality but Michael was level-headed. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He knew what God would want.

"Unfortunately, she needs to be murdered. We won't be able to terminate the pregnancy without harming her and since she is able to conceive Lucifer's children it would be best to end it all before they are able to give birth to a child."

"You sound so confident that we will be able to go through with this," Raphael bickered and Michael turned to him. "have you forgotten that she's undeniably protected by demons, fallen angels, hellhounds and let's not forget about Lucifer himself!"

The others nodded in agreement with Raphael, mumbling "yes, you're right" under their breath as well.

"I'm not frightened by him nor his minions. I know that we can take her right under his nose, we are stronger."

"No, we're not stronger than Lucifer and you know that," Raphael said and turned towards the rest. "some of you have never faced Lucifer but don't take my word loosely. Lucifer is powerful; he is strong, he is intelligent, he is not easily tricked. He is and always will be an Archangel, like the rest of us and that makes him equally powerful as us. Our Father may have weakened him those centuries ago when he was sent to the Underworld, but you know as well as I do that he has regain his strength. Even you should know that he's strong, Michael," he said and Michael's upper lip stiffened. "he taught you everything you know!"

"I am far better than Lucifer, Raphael."

"I did not say you weren't, what I am saying is that you're underestimating Lucifer and you're ridiculous to!"

"I have a question," interrupted Uriel and all heads turned towards him to listen closely. "why are we even doing this? From what I heard in Father's journal he wanted this to happen so why are we stopping it?"

All eyes were on Michael now to answer since he was so wise and had an answer for everything. He swallowed hard, his Adam's apple bobbling in his throat. He was beginning to feel trapped against a wall while everyone questioned his authority but he knew that they had to trust him, no matter what.

"Because anyone who knew our Father would know that he wouldn't have wanted this, he would not have wanted Earth; humans, Heaven and us to be in danger and with this childgrowing inside Lucifer's soulmate. We are all in danger."

An Archangel coughed, clearing her throat before speaking bravely.

"So, you want us to go against everything we stand for? We're supposed to protect these creatures our Father created, we are their guardians. Estrella is still a human, whether she is Lucifer's soulmate. She is still a human and killing her would go against what we stand for."

The majority agreed with her and Michael was biting his tongue while he realized that they were divided because of Estrella. They could not agree on what's best for the world and he was trying his hardest to come up with a plan to reunite them. The room exploded in shouts and Michael had no choice but to watch his siblings yell at another about what was right; one side of the table agreed that she had to die and the other side disagreed. He never believed that a human would divide them but here they were against each other, at each other's throats. Michael's eyes drifted towards the door to see the knob turning and he rose from the chair, silencing the Archangels immediately by whistling once. The door opened inwards and a guard appeared with following closely behind him.

"Brother, she would like a word."

Michael nodded once. "Come in."

It was he who decided to bring Ellie into this mess and it wasn't simple, considering that Ellie is Estrella's mother. It was difficult for her to listen to Michael explain everything, but she didn't hesitate to agree to help them. Since Ellie's passing she has been enjoying her own little piece of Heaven in peace, until Michael broke in and ripped her from it. Now here she was, standing in a room with Archangels having a meeting about her only child.

"Did it work?" she asked in a hurry.

Michael offered his hand and she graciously took it, allowing him to place her in the chair so she could get comfortable. His face was clear from emotions and when he spoke he spoke with kindness.

"No, it did not."

She was aware that an Archangel would be possessing Stephanie to get closer to Estrella but there was one thing she did not know and that was Estrella being pregnant. Ellie glanced around the table at the familiar faces, they held dread.

"Okay," she stuttered. "what can we do now?"

Michael hesitated to answer. He was fond of Ellie and he didn't want to crush her.

"Dear," he began slowly. "there is nothing else we can do. She is far too gone and we have no choice but to... do what we have to do."

"No," Ellie spat. She knew exactly where he was getting at. "you are not going to murder my daughter! She is a confused girl, I can convince her to turn against the Devil."

"No, Ellie. You cannot."

"I know my daughter, she just needs to understand!"

"She will not understand," Michael began rising his voice. "she will always choose him!"

"Michael, that is enough." Warned Raphael.

"For crying out loud, she's birthing his spawn! She has to be taken out!"

Ellie's eyes widened and her throat began to tighten. It wasn't until that heartbroken look on her face made Michael regain his control. He exhaled heavily, feeling a wave of guilt.

"The antichrist?" Ellie whispered.

"Yes." said Michael.

The Archangels watched and listened closely, curious of what would happen next.

"And she is going to... give birth?"

"We believe so, she hasn't made any desire to get rid of it."

Ellie was silent, so many thoughts clouding her mind. She was still trying to process all of this when she blurted out;

"Let me try. I can try to talk to her and change her mind."

"Ellie, I really don't think -"

"Please!" Ellie pleaded, jumping to her feet.

Michael stared into her eyes before nodding once.

"Fine. But Ellie if this does not work, then I will not give her another chance. We have to do what is necessary."

"I understand, just let me try to save my daughter."

Michael had no hope that Estrella would change her mind but he was going to give Ellie the opportunity to try and to say goodbye to her daughter because deep down he knew that once Estrella died she would not be welcomed into the kingdom of Heaven but the kingdom of the Underworld. She was destined to be Lucifer's, before and after death. He raised his hands and placed them on each side of Ellie's face, shutting his eyelids to put her in Estrella's dreams. She shut her eyes as well, anxious to see her daughter but nothing was happening. Everything was still and she couldn't understand why. Michael's eyes opened and he looked at his siblings, his eyes darkening in anger.

"I can't touch her." He announced through his clenched teeth.

"Why not?" Uriel interrogated, slowly rising to his feet in an uneasy action.

"Because she's in the Underworld," he spat and looked at Ellie. "she's with him."
