Because it has been forever, I'm adding this chapter to remind you all (who might've been reading this story from it's very beginnings years ago), of all the characters who have been introduced so far, along with their ethnicities, if they were ambiguous.
Tina Carter: One of Isis' best friends. Tyler's non-identical twin. Is African American.
Tyler Omar Carter: One of Isis' best friends. Tina's non-identical twin. Tina and Tyler are known as T&T. Is African American.
Amanda Carter: T&T's mother. Has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Is African American.
Tomas Aguirre: Isis' father. Originally from Argentina.
Isobel Greene: Isis' late mother. Died in a car crash. Was African American.
Alexei Romanov Von Graff: Studies Political Science at Harvard, son of Nina Von Graff, presidential candidate. Is half Russian.
Nina Von Graff: Democratic Party presidential candidate. Alexei's mother.
Aidan Reynolds: One of Alexei's closer friends. His parents used to rent services from the cleaning company where Isis worked during her gap year after graduating from high school.
Gabriel Ferreira: Used to attend the same middle/high school as Isis, is four years older. For unknown reasons, he poses as his boss' illegitimate son, which makes him Dominic Belmonte's half brother. His mother is Brazilian, while his real father was Egyptian. (Honestly in my mind's eye he looks like a mix of Maluma and Zayn Malik)
Alexander Ferreira: Gabriel's fourteen year old cousin. Has gotten into legal trouble due to his activity as a hacker, is currently under house arrest.
Alessandra Ferreira: Gabriel's sister. Volunteers at the local Salvation Army with Isis.
Marco Belmonte: Dominic's father, is not actually Gabriel's father. Runs Bel Industries, a construction company. On the side, runs an illegal drug distribution network. Has dealings in illegal firearm sales as well. Donor to Nina von Graff's campaign.
Dominic Belmonte: One of Alexei's closer friends. Gabriels "half-brother".
Maya Summers: The girl who Isis assumes to be Gabe's girlfriend. Has been his girlfriend while they were in high school. Is still close to him.
Nirvana Bohen: One of Alexei's closer friends. Hides her homosexuality to avoid hindering her father's political career in the republican party. Is half Japanese.
Rose "Ro" Graham: Isis' friend, they met when Isis crashed a Harvard literature course.
Jenna Spencer: Isis' friend, they met when Isis crashed a Harvard literature course.
Cameron Rosales: Isis' coworker at Mario Mart. Tina's current crush.
