(y/n) walked into the familiar hospital room and took her regular seat next to finn.
"hi finn, i uh, i've decided i'm gonna go to uni."
the girl let out a shaky breath, she'd be studying in france for six months and then in australia for three.
her mum decided this would be good for her, that she shouldn't waste her life with a boy who's probably going to die anyways.
but she can't let finn know that. oh no, that'd be horrible. she has to make sure that he knows it was her idea and only her idea. not her mother's.
"i'm leaving in a week, i'll call you though," she could feel the tears coming, "well i'll call jack or millie." she let out a soft laugh, hoping it'd stop her from crying. again.
"and if you wake up i'll be on the first flight home."
(y/n) argued with her mother about this, she told her that she loved finn and he loved her. that finn had her heart and she had his. her mother dismissed all these silly ideas and told (y/n) not to talk back to her.
"i'll love you forever, finn wolfhard."
