- Chapter Two -
"This is amazing!" Keeley grins clapping her hands as I unlock the door to our small dorm room on campus. I laugh unable to keep the grin off of my face, shortly after I left Bryan's trailer our break was already over and it was back to work for me and I didn't get to tell Keeley about the job offer.
"We need to go out and celebrate." Keeley demands all but not skipping into the apartment.
"I have class tomorrow in the morning." I complain and she rolls her eyes.
"Come on! It's going to be fun there's this new club in West Hollywood that Ethan who just got back in town invested in I'll ask him to get us in." Keeley coaxed referring to her twenty-three year old brother who is stupid rich because he created some computer chip that changed the game.
"Fine." I give in sighing partially because I want to see Ethan again and Keeley smiles once more before heading to her side of the room and jumping onto her bed pulling her computer onto her lap.
"I need some new fabric for a dress." She mumbles flipping open her computer. I glance at the dress form across the room an unfinished short red dress on it and a smile spreads across my face.
That thing was how I had met her, it was a couple days into freshman year of high school before classes started. She was lugging yards of fabric and the dress form into one of the design room and practically knocked me too ground not seeing me.
"Shit." Keeley curses jumping off the bed slipping into her shoes.
"They got an order messed up and shipped it to my parents house, I'm going to drive there i'll probably be back at nine. Don't forget to get ready, find something hot!" She calls over her shoulder and I laughing as she closes the door. I let out a sigh in the empty room thinking back to this afternoon and I shrug deciding to call Clara and ask her about the job offer.
I sit down on the bed scrolling through my contacts until I find her, She picks up after the second ring.
"Victoria!" She greets.
"I was just about to call you, Bryan told me you have a job offer how exciting!" She exclaims and I can feel her excitement radiating through the phone.
"Okay so before anything, you need to record and send a video to Moreno studios talking a little about yourself and talk about the book or scrip I'll email you one of those. I'd probably do it right now just to get it over with and not forget."
