Blade's point of view

Mathew and I left the apartment getting into the elevator I pushed the button to the ground floor, I looked up at Mathew who was a few inches shorter than me but he was a lean guy who was in love with my finance and was quite frankly pissing me of. Why was it every Tom Dick and Harry had to fall for my girl. Chris, Mark and now even Mathew? Chris and Mark hadn't bothered me as much as Mathew had because Caramel and Mathew had a genuine good friendship I knew she loved him but her love was that of what she had for Darren and not me. But that didn't mean that I liked the guy near my finance while I knew the guy had wet dreams about her that thought just filled me with disgust, the elevator tinged pulling me out of the thoughts I had more urgent matters to deal with I walked up to the reception the women looked up from the computer instantly looking more attentive,

"No one is to use the elevator to my apartment, no one is to enter my apartment without a valid reason and being searched thoroughly before entering, there will be a nurse that will come in I want you to search her then send her up to my apartment. Four of my securities men will remain here in the building if anything happens inform them immediately, do you understand?" I had to make sure that my family was safe it hurt me to leave them behind when I knew that Caramel was upset, it was Darren's birthday and Ben was ill because of my bitch of a murder aunt. What sane women would do that to anybody I was fuming I had to get to my father as soon as. Mathew throw the Zonda car keys at me as we left the building, the paparazzi where there as always but I didn't have the patients for them today my son was poisoned and we had one night to cure him, I could probably get another night in there, if the doctors could stop the poison from spreading I stopped myself from thinking the worst that could happen, I wouldn't lose my son. The paparazzi where all around us I was pushing past them most of the security was at my father's house searching Lucinda's room I had sent them there as soon as Caramel told me what that old hag had done to her I could have killed her myself the pain she put Carmel through I hope she burns in hell, how dare she die I wanted to put her through the pain she put my Caramel through. "Move out of my way or I swear to god I will make you!" I yelled everyone went silent the cameras stopped flashing the paparazzi moved making a path towards my car I got in and so did Mathew.

"You yelling at them isn't going to go down well, the media will turn against you" Mathew looked disapprovingly at me.

"Mathew I don't give a shit what they think of me at the moment. My son is poisoned, and the bitch that had the cure is dead. The paparazzi is the least of my worries" I was just extremely pissed off and I just wanted to punch Mathew at that moment, but instead I tuck my frustration out on the car slamming my foot of the accelerator speed through New York turning left on the highway.

"Blade mate I love Caramel" Mathew started to speck but what he said was the last thing I wanted to hear at that time,
