Personality;
Brooke is very hyper, outgoing, and adventurous. She doesn't like to think of herself as an authority figure or someone who is more important than other people. In fact, she's regularly telling people to not call her "Princess" or "Lady" and just call her "Brooke". She tries not to use her title as an advantage unless she's absolutely has to. And although she can be all over the place at times, Brooke only wants the best for her kingdom and her people. The most notable negative trait of Brooke's is that she frequently tests the limits of other authority figures (generals, commanders, lords, even her father!) but the one authority figure she'll never test is her mother. Brooke is downright terrified of her mother.

Backstory;
Brooke was born into the royal family as the eldest child. She was naturally a troublemaker and would get into all sorts of trouble around the palace. When Brooke was 13, the mermaid and mermen started disappearing. She wouldn't have known unless she had snuck in during an official royal meeting and listened in. Curiosity got the best of her and she went to the royal wizard, Cosmos. She managed to trick him into giving her a potion to turn her into a human. But as more mermen and mermaid disappeared, she was a bit scared to take it. Finally, at age 17, she drank the potion and was able to turn into a human and mermaid at will. She was determined to find out what happened to her people but bailed upon seeing the first human. At age 18, her mother started prepping her to be queen and started urging her to pick from either wealthy noble suitors or princes from other kingdoms.
