Chapter 12

Jesse POV: 3 months later- 1 week till tour

        "Hey jes"

    "Oh, hey Ash what's up?" I answer my phone.

    "Nothing much, listen, we were wondering where you mikey and KC are?"

    "Oh um, KC and I are at home, Mikey is still at the music store. Why?" i ask.

    "We heard it's his birthday next week and we won't be here so we decided why not surprise him. Can you two meet us at the store?"

    "Ya sure we're on our way."

    "Great thanks!" I hang up, then stand up smiling, Mikey didn't tell me what happened between Luke and him, but he hasn't been happy lately. I hope this cheers him up.I think he likes Luke, in a more than friend way too.

"KC! Were going to surprise mikey at the store" I call for her and she comes running.  We jump into my car and go speeding off to the store with smiles on our faces.

When we get there we greet Kyle and he tells me Mikey is with Harry Irwin doing a lesson. I smile, he will be happy to see Ash

"Hey mikey" I greet him. He jumps up, and Kyle, Harry, KC and I laugh. Mikey pouts.

"Jes! KC! What are you even doing here?"

"I needed a break from studying" i say

"And I just came for the ride." KC shrugs.

"So Har, what is this loon teaching you today?" I ask, laughing at his face.

"All time low!" Harry grins.

"You should have him play you his new song" I say.

"New song?" Harry asks excitedly.

"Uh ya sure, its called Jet Black Heart."

"Play it! Play it please Mikey?"

(Mikey POV)

"Ok fine" I laugh, taking the guitar from his hands and start playing the song.

I was halfway through the song when I hear the bell above the door jingle but i think nothing of it and continue playing until I hear gasps. I snap my head up at the sound and realise that the four boys who I really wish were not there, just heard the exact song they never should have.

"I" I look back to jesse and see him standing there with a smug look on his face, he planned this.

"It was you!?" Ashton yells in disbelief.

"Uh, I can explain!" I say,standing up.

"But how?" he asks, looking at Jake.

"Ok, I'm confused" Calum says.

"I told you I didn't like him! I told you he was lying!" Luke says for the first time, and my eyes widen. Wow he is actually yelling.

"But!" Jake defends himself.

"How did you get Mikey's song?" Jesse asks.

"I- It's my song!" jake yells. The boys all glare at him.

"Ok fine! I stole his song"

"How?" Luke asks, still not looking at me.

"I- I knew I was top 5, you guys wanted the guy who wrote the song. I was walking buy one of the rooms and I heard him playing. I told him i would tell you he wrote it if he didn't give it to me" the boys give him judgemental glares.

"Hey! He said he didn't want you to know!"

"Does mean you take my song and pass it off as yours!" I get mad.
