Alexis's P.O.V:

Sage and I were walking hand in hand towards the hotel. But, Vanessa's comments still played in my mind-sort of like it was on replay.

You two should just kiss already. I didn't have to even look at myself to know that I was blushing.

"What is it?" Sage asked, amused.

  "I'm sorry about her."

   "Who?"

  "Vanessa."

   "Don't be."

"I've been thinking of doing that sooner or later. Just hadn't had the opportunity."

"Look, I know she can be like that sometimes and while she's got good intentions, it doesn't mean that we ha-" But, just as I was about to finish my rant, he cupped my face and leaned in. Before I knew it, I found myself leaning in as well. I don't remember who kissed who first, but it was definately something.

"We're here," He informed me as we broke apart.

"You might've mentioned that before, Sage." I teased him.

"I meant we should probably walk in."

"Oh."

"Yeah, oh." He chuckled and the two of us went to the car to grab our belongings.

"Let's go." With that, we walked hand in hand to the hotel.

"They don't know we know each other." I whispered.

"Don't know what?" asked a voice I didn't recognize.

"Alice, how long have you been standing there?" Sage and I let go of each other's hand as we both came face to face with a younger girl who looked no older than fifteen.

"Long enough." Alice told him. "Who's the girl?" I watched as Sage shot Alice an annoyed glare, before smiling at me.

"Alexis, I would like you to meet my pesky little sister, Alice."

"Hey!" Alice exclaimed as her older brother laughed, whilst ruffling her hair. I bit back my laughter as I watched them interact. After a few minutes Alice turned to me and said, "Well, I'm Alice and I'm not as bad as Sage makes me out to be." I chuckled and said, "Well, as you already know, I'm Alex."

 "I thought Sage said-"

"I prefer Alex."

"Oh, okay. Anyway, Sage, Mom and Dad have been waiting for you for awhile . C'mon!" She looked back at us before running off to her parents.

"Sorry about her," Sage muttered.

"No worries, she's cute." He laughed.

"Thanks. Why don't we go to our rooms? Maybe we'll be nearby."

Sage's P.O.V.:

I watched as she suddenly became nervous.

     "What is it?" I inquired.

"I'm not even sure if they're here. My mom texted me saying they're caught in traffic."

      "Come with me," I suggested.

"Okay," she whispered, as she gifted me with a small smile. Knowing that she was nervous, I held out my hand for her to take. I held my breath as I watched her hesitate before finally feeling her hand in mine.

"Do you think they'll mind?" she whispered.

"My parents?" I asked, as she gave me a nod.
