'You are me, I am you'

Third Person POV

The house was eerily quiet over the next few days, neither of them speaking to each other. Yoongi was trying to keep his distance from Jimin in case anyone was watching them whilst Jimin was just straight up ignoring Yoongi as much as possible. He didn't want to talk to him. He couldn't.

Yoongi was in his office most of the time, only leaving to have meals and other such sorts. Jimin spent most of his time in two places; his room and the garden/patio. Both of those places were seen as 'his' so he could go there whenever he wanted. They both gave him a sense of home compared to the rest of the house that now seemed so very foreign to him. Much like the face of its owner.

Deciding that he should do something better than laying in bed all day, Jimin explored the vast house since his door was unlocked. Walking the long halls were a pain since they gave him time to think and that always lead to Yoongi. He was so confused.

Yoongi had said that he really liked him  and then instantly suggested that he was ashamed of liking him. And yet, here he was still sneaking into Jimin's room to make sure he was safe and asleep. Why would he do that if he was ashamed of him? Surely he wouldn't want to see him?

Finding himself at a side of the house he wasn't exactly familiar with, Jimin started to pay attention to the building, pushing his thoughts far away for now. The corridor was quite long with a mirror at the end on the left. That caught Jimin's attention. He couldn't help but feel like there was something off about the mirror. It touched the floor which in itself was weird for its style and positioning but it was the detailing that really stood out. The sides were covered with intricate swirls and small flowers which matched the rest of the frame but there was an added feature.

Looking closer, Jimin could see an indent it the left side of the frame that was similar to that of a keyhole. Why would there be a keyhole in a mirror? And where is the key?

Curiosity taking over, Jimin retraced his steps to find himself back at the main corridor. Turns out there was a corner at the end of the corridor instead of a brick wall despite its first appearance.

Now knowing where he was, Jimin tried to think of places where the key could potentially could be. In all honesty, he already had an idea of where it could be, he just didn't want to look there. But the curiosity was too tempting.

Slowly walking up the stairs towards the large living room, Jimin couldn't help but feel anxious. He hadn't seen or heard Yoongi in the house so he could be fine. The only issue would be if he was in the one place he needed to get to. His office.

Jimin couldn't help but hold his breath as he approached the door, trying to be quiet to try and hear any sounds from the inside. It was eerily silent as usual, giving Jimin the courage to slowly open the door. It was unlocked, meaning that Yoongi was still home so he would have to be quick.

Getting into the room as quickly as possible, Jimin looked around for anything that called out to him as the key's hiding place. There was one spot that kept calling him. The drawer.

Pulling it open, he was met with the familiar sight of the gun that now seemed a lot less threatening. He was always unsure for why Yoongi had acted so differently that day that he had looked in this draw. It wasn't the gun. It had to be something else.

Moving the gun to the side, Jimin pushed his hand in the drawer, trying to find anything. Starting to loose hope when he felt nothing, he moved his hand out but stopped inhospitable tracks when his hand hit the top of the drawer. From what he could tell, something was taped to the top.

Pulling the item down, Jimin was met with a sight that he was so desperate to see. The key.

Hurrying to amend his disruption to the rest of the desk, Jimin went to leave the room but was stopped a familiar voice. Why did he have to show up now?!

Panicking on what to do, Jimin scurried to hide in front of the deal, hoping that his ridiculous hiding spot would save him. He could hear voices outside, one Yoongi's and one that was slightly familiar, moving closer and closer to the room.

"One minute, just need to get something then we can get planning."

Yoongi. He was coming in. Jimin was so dead.

Jimin stayed as quiet as he possibly could whilst he heard Yoongi searching around on the shelves at the other end of the room. After a few minutes, a sigh was heard along with the crumple of paper before Yoongi promptly left the office, slamming the door behind him.

Jimin waited a few seconds before he finally let out the breath he was holding. That was close. Checking the coast was clear, Jimin hurried back to the mirror to see if the key fit.

Slowly placing the key in the keyhole, Jimin tentatively turned it, hearing the lock moving inside. A smile grew on his face as he slowly pulled the mirror towards himself. He couldn't help but feel slightly nervous about entering the mysterious room and who could blame him? It was a room hidden in a large house that belonged to a mafia boss who he was unsure of what terms they were on. Anything could be in there.

From the small dust cloud, it looked like the room hadn't been used in awhile, letting Jimin know that there was most likely no animals in there. A room full of puppies would've been nice though.

Slowly walking in, Jimin felt along the wall to try and find a light switch to help him escape the blackness around him. With a small click, the room flooded with light to reveal a room full of mirrors. It reminded him of a dance studio. Definitely not what he was expecting.

Why would Yoongi have this? All different possibilities started to pop up into Jimin's head as he walked around the large room. From what he could tell, it looked sound proof and in really good condition apart from it needing a dust. Perhaps this would be another room that he could claim. He had always loved to dance anyway.

Jimin started to feel a type of belonging whilst being in the room, slowly walking around and testing out a few moves to get used to the surrounding. He was in his own world until a familiar voice made chills run down his spine.

"What are you doing in here?"
