It was a very quiet night in the kingdom of Dandridge, almost too quiet. The newborn princess, Elara, was sleeping peacefully on her first night in this world. Soon that silence will falter, as a woman looking for a child to keep for herself, entered the room through an open window. She was wearing a silky black cloak with no hood, she had wavy blonde hair. The woman started singing a lullaby for the royal child.
Quiet little child
Soon you will be mine
We will go home, sweet warm home
We will be a family
Quiet little child
The woman carefully picked up the child, and quietly climbed out the window. With the light of the morning sun waking the king and queen, they soon see that their dear child is gone. Instantly, the king orders for a legion of soldiers to find the princess and bring her back safely. But it will be harder than they think.
