Quickly I turned as he snapped his fingers, a demon behind me bursting into black smoke and disappearing into the earths soil. I faced back to the red eyed Demon King, "I-" I started but stopped. "You irritate me, yes, but I need you. And you need me," he said when suddenly we appeared outside of a bar. Curious on why he brought us here, I asked "why this place? It's crowded and lots of people," "it's a good place to talk. Everyone is drunk, too busy rubbing on chicks, or in their own business," he said and I just nodded my head.
When entering, a strange feeling dawned on me. I looked around and noticed a few eyes, but ignored them. As we sat down, we began to talk.
"So, my son. How is he? Is he a good boy?"
I rolled my eyes, "if you mean my kind of good, he makes an excellent Hunter so I've heard. He is good at protecting his family,"
"Ah! So the Winchester's are out of the picture so I hope?"
I chuckled, taking a drink of my water, "other way around. Since you vanished, the Winchester's and Castiel have taken good care of him,"
"So you think," a voice said behind us.
Quickly turning we face two large men, "what?" I asked."The Winchester's have gone missing. We heard you were friends with them, also heard a few things about you, beautiful," the man said as a blade slid from the arm of his jacket.
Lucifer rose his hand, put I signaled for him to drop it, "explain," I commanded.
"The Winchester's have gone missing, so has that young boy they were looking after,"
My heart stopped. Dean? He was missing? No. This man is lying just to get to me. "How do you know?" I asked, my eyes watching the man closely.
The other one rose from his seat, "a lot of people are placing bets that you're the one that killed them, you are a demon after all."
Lucifer stood up, "we are done here," he said as he grabbed my arm and dragged me out. I wanted to kill them. I wanted to rip their throats out for their words. Me? Hurting Dean? Never.
After finding a motel to stay at, I looked at my phone. Five missed calls from Jody Mills, a friend of Sam and Deans from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Quickly I called her back, "hey, Jody, I know it's late, but call back when you get this," I said as I shut my phone. Less than a second later she called.
"Jody?" I asked bringing it back to my ear.
"Oh thank god, you're alright!" She said happily.
"What's up?" I asked, worried about the missed calls.
"Uh... it's Sam and Dean. They were on a hunting trip... and they haven't been home in a few days," she said as her once happy voice hardened into sadness.
"I'm on my way." I said as I turned to Lucifer.
Now the hardest part - leaving Lucifer. I stood up, shoving my phone in my back pocket as I grab my keys, "I'm going to go find some food to eat, still half human so hunger gets to me sadly," I said giving him a weird salute - what the hell was that, dumbass, I thought to myself before walking to the door. He didn't say anything, but neither did I care. His face was glued to the tv, some weird show was on with these two guys killing a vampire. I hurried to my car, starting it up and flooring it out of the parking lot.
After a few hours of driving none stop, I arrived in Sioux Falls by dawn. I drove quickly to Jody's, stopping my car and hurrying in. I knocked on the door, waiting for someone to open up, it was Alex. "Oh god! You've grown so much!" She said and hugged me tight, Claire was here to, surprise that was. "Welcome home," Jody said as she walked over and hugged me too. My eyes examined the room and stopped at two new girls. "Oh, this is Kaia and Patient," she pointed towards them, my eyes watching them closely.
"Hunters?" I asked and both shook their heads.
"Psychic," Patient said as she looked at me strangely, they all did.
"I'm- I'm a dream walker," the small girl named Kaia said quietly.
"What about you?" Patient said, looking quite impatient.
"Hunter, that's all you need to know," I said a bit annoyed, not wanting to tell everyone what I was. "Now, What all do you know, Jody?" I asked turning to her.
She pulled out her phone, starting a voicemail from Dean. "They said hey found a portal, one that may lead to their mother," she said watching my closely.
"Okay, let's get to that portal and save their asses," I said, taking out my gun and making sure it's loaded and ready.
"No, we need to take our time and not rush in. I don't want to lose any of you." She said looking at all the girls in the room.
"Yes, but Jody if we stay here they will die," Claire said, standing beside me.
"Jody she does have a point..." I said watching her closely.
Jody looked at Claire and I closely, pain in her eyes, "No! I said no! I don't want you to die!" She yelled. "Patient... she had a vision. Claire dies...and you..." She said looking at me, unable to get the words out.
I turned to Patient, "is it true?" I asked.
"I'm new to it, but everything I've seen so far does occur. If we stop it then maybe, just maybe we can avoid it," she said watching for my reaction.
"If I die, I die. I'm not going to let Dean and Sam go out. The world needs them." I said as I walked out, going to a room Jody provided for me when we met years back.
I laid down on my bed, relaxing to stop my heart from beating so fast, afraid of losing Dean.
A sudden knock hit my door, "hey, may I?" Claire said waiting for my approval.
"Sure," I said not looking in her direction.
She sat down next to me, we were always close and related in many ways.
"Do you know? Do you know what happens to me? Jody stopped when she was going to say it," I asked, turning my head to her.
"Yes... you... this thing... it takes you and the last thing she saw was you being killed in front of... in front of Dean..."
