"Fuck!"

"Yoongi!"

"Sorry." Yoongi muttered out his apology as he hissed at the coffee machine. A giggle was heard behind him and he rolled his eyes. "You're having so much fun, aren't you?"

"Yes I am." Jimin continued to giggle until a customer came up the counter to order.

It was Jimin's idea to work in the freaking coffee shop. It was Jimin's idea as well for Yoongi to work at the same place so they could look out for each other — to which Yoongi agreed unequivocally.

Jimin finally got the yes for a scholarship, seeing as how he aced the previous semester. He had to plead for him to start the current term even though he registered a week late but it all worked well.

Professor Jeon helped Jimin a lot which confused Yoongi, seeing as how Jimin had no class with the teacher.

"Yoongi!"

The boy sighed and moved towards the counter. "What?"

Jimin giggled again. "You're working in service. Smile a little."

He did and Jimin laughed a little too loud he had to be shushed by another employee.

"I told you to smile properly towards the customers. Not force your gummy smile to me!" The younger whispered. "Anyways," Jimin cleared his throat and straightened up his posture, "two Americano, one caramel macchiato and I'll go get the chicken pies."

Yoongi dragged his feet to his current enemy — the coffee machine and formed a tight line with his lips before going into the battle, which he finally and thankfully won since he was that close to smashing it to the ground.

"Why the fuck are we working at a coffee shop again?"

Jimin laughed as Yoongi was groaning out every single complaint he had of the day. "Because they pay well."

"Right."

"Yoongi,"

Yoongi looked over at Jimin who now had his book opened in front of him on Yoongi's bed. Of course Jimin had his own dorm room now, but he always came over to study on Yoongi's bed, not that the older was complaining. "What?"

"You don't have to work, you know. I can just take the weekend shifts and it'll be okay." Jimin propped his elbows on the mattress, the soles of his feet up as he looked at Yoongi.

Yoongi wondered how a man can be as cute as Jimin. "I want to. I know I complain a lot. But I want to do it."

"Do what? We're not talking about sex, are we?"

Yoongi rolled his eyes at Hoseok who just stepped out from the bathroom. "Work, prez. Work."

"Ah okay. Hi Jiminie!" The former class president smiled and waved at the youngest in the room and Yoongi winced a little at the endearing nickname Hoseok had given Jimin.

He wanted to be the one to call him that.

It would be too awkward to start now anyways, Yoongi thought.

As Hoseok left for his midnight study group (or what Yoongi suspected a rendezvous with his newest girlfriend), Jimin continued to study on his bed, while he on his desk.

It was quiet for a while except for occasional hums from Jimin when he understood something he read.

Yoongi liked the sound.

Once Yoongi was done with his essay which was due tomorrow, he took off his glasses and turned to see Jimin tapping the end of his pen on his full lips, reading the passage on his textbook with undivided attention.

"Move." Yoongi said as he slid next to Jimin so he could lie down. The younger scooted to give space for him on the single bed.

As Jimin was studying Principles Chemistry, Yoongi was studying his freckles.

"What are you doing?"

Yoongi's eyes travelled from his cheek to his eyes. "You have freckles."

"Yeah. If I have the money I'd laser them off."

"Don't."

"Why?"

"I like them."

Yoongi watched as the younger blushed and kept his eyes on the book, instead of on him while muttering a 'thanks'.

"Jimin,"

"Hmm?"

"Can you kiss me?"

Jimin grinned as he leaned down, closing the gap between the two and pressed his lips on Yoongi's.

It started slow and soft, but soon Yoongi felt it wasn't enough so he broke the kiss to ask Jimin.

"Can we go further than this?"
