Aj's POV
We've just performed our favourite dance. Our last dance of the night. Our last chance to show the judges and the public what we are made of. Ed Sheeran is performing now with Karen and Pasha dancing along. However, I can't focus. I'm too nervous and once again I'm biting my nails. In my opinion, both me and Mollie have worked so hard to get to this stage. All the effort that we've put into dances, the laughs, the tears, the good scores and the bad scores have all worked towards this moment. Mollie stands next me and places her head on my shoulder.
"Whatever the Outcome is, thank you for everything and I love you." She says quietly. I kiss the top of her head, to show my thanks. Soon the dance is finished and I go back to biting my nails as it's nearly time. Karen and Pasha come backstage smiling. They're saying something to all of us but I've zoned out. Suddenly I'm slapped back into reality. Literally. It was Karen.
"Why did you slap me?"
"Because you're biting your nails again. Stop it." She says pointing a finger at me in a joking way.
"Sorry Mum." I reply smirking.
"It's a good job we love you Aj isn't it?" I nod, "Anyway, you two better win this as Me, Kev and Janette owe five pounds to Aljaz if you don't. He's confident he's going to win." Karen says, laughing before walking off with Kevin.
We walk out onto the dance floor. The glitterball is within arms reach in front of us.
"Alexandra and Gorka, Gemma and Aljaz. Mollie and Aj, Joe and Katya. The votes have been counted and independently verified and I can now reveal the winners of Strictly Come Dancing 2017 are..."
