LXVII. You're Pretty And Will Always Be

Seeing the changes happening to Coleen, we, as her friends, can't help but feel worried at her.

We don't know exactly what happened at their date yesterday but it doesn't mean that we don't have any way to find the real reason behind.

We knew from the start when we saw her with Victor that she likes him and her changes is connected to him and it is not possible not to be connected to him.

He is the real reason behind her changes.

We surrounded and trap the elf prince while Coleen is away and doing some 'retouch' which is obviously not so like her. I like this group of friends of mine, not only they are nice and kindhearted kids but they are not those nobility children that like to put thick makeup on their young faces. Yes, we do, from time to time put a rouge on our face but it doesn't mean that we always do it especially now that we are under the guise of being a 'commoner adventurer' and seeing Coleen like this makes us worried at her.

In the group, she always reprimanded, in her gentle way, Dianne and Jasmine for their love of putting makeups; she's (Coleen) the only one who really doesn't like makeup at all yet her being like this... makes us really worried at her.

"Woah! Young ladies, I didn't know that you have this aggressive personality at all. I know that I am handsome and awesome but you don't need to trap me here. If you wanted a kiss and a date from this handsome prince, just tell me and I'll welcome it all with open arms. You don't need to be aggressive since you are too young to do so"

I scoff at his narcissistic personality. Who does he think he is? The center of every girls' heart? That everyone will really fall for him? Duh! I don't like the face of a man who's actually prettier than a woman. What I wanted is a manly handsome like my Alistair.

Alistair? I internally tilted my head as I tried to recall the owner of that name.

I don't think I know any person with a name of Alistair... who is he?

Is this Alistair important that I compared him to Victor? But why I can't remember who is he?

Anyway, if I can't remember then I won't try to remember. Maybe he is just some passerby that I meet couple of days ago and that he is really not important for me to remember him.

"Your highness, it is true that you are too handsome" Jasmine started, "that is why your handsomeness blinded us"

Dianne nodded. "It's true, your handsome and all but we are here not to be too bold as your imagination says but to ask you what happened at the picnic you had with Clay"

"Ahh... you mean that. If you wanted to ask me that, there's no need to surround me here like a hungry wolf, aren't we ladies?" He laughs as he rubs his back head in an awkward way. "Well, the picnic is good. Coleen is nice and a very good host and she even listen to my handsome idea of making Rosette fall for me. Isn't she's nice?"

Tanya frowned and coldly asked, "Can you repeat your words?"

"Huh? You mean that she's nice and a good host?"

Dianne snap. "Not that but your last sentence"

"Last sentence? Ahh... you mean how good she is by listening with my handsome plan of making Rosette fall for me?"

I frowned. "Rosette? Who is she and why she's with you two?" Is she the girl who I am thinking? I hope not

The idiot prince explained what exactly happened yesterday and with that we have a glimpse of what really running inside Coleen's head.
