Chapter 2

*Your pov*
I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off. I groaned as I reached for my phone to turn off my alarm. I checked the time and it was 6:15. I got up and went to my bathroom. I got ready to take a shower. I started the water and quickly got undressed. I went in the warm water and felt relaxed. I really needed this shower. I was done taking my shower, so I hopped out. I went to my room and picked an outfit. I was nervous about going to a new school, so I tried to make myself look nice. I did my makeup light, which meant I just put on nude eye-shadow. I wasn't really the type of girl to wear makeup, especially since I never had a mom to be there for me. My mom was caught cheating on my dad by my aunt. She told my dad and my dad decided to get a divorce. I chose to go with my dad because my moms boyfriend was very abusive with me. I pushed the thought away and went downstairs. I saw my dad in the kitchen cooking breakfast. I sat down as I was waiting for hair to dry a little. My dad set a plate down with food. I ate the breakfast my dad made for me. As I was done eating, I put my dishes in the sink. I went back upstairs to my room and finished getting ready. I put on my outfit and did my hair in a simple braid. I grabbed my things and went back downstairs. My dad stood up as he saw me coming down the stairs. He smiled and held out a pair of keys. I looked at him confused and he chuckled. "They're your keys y/n" "My keys to what?" I didn't understand what he was trying to say so I let him do the talking. "Well you're seventeen now y/n, so when you went to bed last night, I went out to a dealer shop and got you a car." I couldn't believe what I just heard. I have my own car. I was happy that my dad got me a car. Now I can drive wherever I need to go. "Here you go. Your cars out front. Be careful y/n, you're my only child." I smiled as I went up to him and hugged him. I said bye and went outside to see a beautiful blue 1967 mustang in the driveway. I quickly went over to it and hopped in it. I started the engine and was ready to drive. I drove away from my driveway and headed to school. I was nervous about being the new girl at school. Once I got to the new school, I was already getting stares from people. I parked my car, grabbed my things, got out and locked my doors. I started walking towards the school until I noticed a group of boys staring and whispering something to each other. I shrugged it off and made my way to the office. I finally found the office and went inside to get my new schedule. Once I got it, I read what classes I have. My classes were:
1st period: History
2nd period: Math
3rd period: English
4th period: Biology
Lunch
5th period: Art
6th period: Cooking
7th period: Off block
8th period: Off block
I was happy about having two off blocks for my last periods. As I was about to make my way out in the hall, someone bumped into me. "Sorry about that, I'm just trying to run away from my boyfriend". I looked up to see a girl with brown hair and light brown eyes. "It's fine, I wasn't paying attention to where I was going". I wanted to be alone since I was already used to it. She stared at me for a while then smiled. "You're the new girl right?" I just nodded my head yes. I was about to walk away, until she grabbed my arm and brought me to a group of boys. She introduced herself and the boys to me. "These are my friends Lui, David, Brian, and my boyfriend Tyler. I'm Kyle". I gave a small smile and waved as I introduced myself. "I'm y/n". They all said hi and was just being friendly to me. So this is what it's like to have friends. I looked down at my schedule and forgot that I had to find my classes. "Hey um Kyle?" "Yeah y/n?" "I uh...I need to go and find my classes. It was really nice meeting you and your friends." She smiled but took my schedule. She then asked for her friends schedule also. She gave us our schedule back and turned to face me. "Well lucky for you, we have every class together, even the off blocks." I was actually happy that I had someone to be in my classes with me. She smiled then kissed her boyfriend, Tyler, on the cheek and said bye to her friends. She grabbed my wrist and led me to our classes. I thought to myself for a moment. 'Did I just make new friends?' I smiled at the thought. It felt nice to have friends, and this is coming from the loneliest girl ever. She showed me our classes and took us back to our history class. We got there pretty early so we sat in the back. We were talking until we heard a laugh. The laugh sounded like it came from a crazy person but it was also a cool laugh. I heard a sigh escape Kyles lips. I looked at her and she smiled. I smiled back as the laugh seemed to be getting louder. The door opened and there were two guys walking in. One had chocolate brown eyes with raven jet black hair. He wore a black jacket with a white shirt under. He had black jeans with combat boots. The other guy had beautiful icy blue eyes, brown hair that was the same way as the first guys hair. He wore a blue hoodie, with a gray shirt and black pants. He also wore combat boots. Kyle nudged my shoulder. I looked at her and she leaned in to tell me something. "That's Evan Fong with the raven jet black hair. That's his best friend Jonathan. They're the bad boys of our school, so I wouldn't get in their way." I nodded my head as she told me to not get in their way. I looked at them one more time. The one with the icy blue eyes caught me staring so I quickly looked down. I felt my face getting hot as I glanced at Jonathan one more time. He was beautiful. I sighed as I looked away from him. He was a bad boy and I was a lonely girl. I bet any girl would want to be his girl. This day seemed to have gone by fast, it was finally time for lunch. Since Kyle and I had every class together, it was easy for me to find someone to sit with. We sat near a tree and waited for Tyler, David, Lui, and Brian. While we were waiting, I felt someone staring at me. I looked around and saw Jonathan. He was the one staring at me. I felt uncomfortable so I shifted in my spot and turned around. Kyle must've noticed what was going on because she glanced over to where Jonathan was. She looked at me and gave a small smile. "He never had a girlfriend before." I looked at her with a concerned look on my face. "What do you mean?" "I mean, he's never liked a girl or no girl has ever liked him." I was surprised to hear that he never had a girlfriend. He was handsome, but he was a bad boy so I figured no girl would want to be with him. I was pulled out of my thought when I heard Kyle giggle. I looked up and saw the guys with their lunch. Kyle looked at me and whispered something to Tyler. I was kind of nervous about what she told him because he then glanced at me. "You like Jonathan?" I nodded my head no. "Don't lie y/n! You were staring at him not to long ago." I felt my face heat up again. Kyle giggled when she saw my face. I looked down and just stayed quiet. The bell rang and Kyle got up running to go to our next class. I got up and caught up to her. When we made it to our art class, I accidentally bumped into someone. I looked up to see a girl. She glared at me. "Sorry." I apologized but she just gave me a dirty look. "Why don't you watch where you're going noob!" I just laughed at her and walked away. As I was walking, I saw Jonathan going towards the girl I bumped into. She hugged him and looked at me. She gave me an evil grin as she kissed Jonathan on the lips. I rolled my eyes and flipped her off. I then started making my way to art. I finally got there and saw Kyle panicking. She looked and saw me. She jumped from her seat and ran towards me. "Where the hell were you y/n?" I wasn't sure if I should tell her about me bumping into that girl. But I decided to tell her anyway. "I bumped into this girl and tried to apologize, but she yelled at me like a bitch. Then I saw Jonathan go up to her and they kissed. She smiled at me so I flipped her off." She laughed when I said I flipped that girl off. "I forgot to tell you, Jonathan DOES have a girlfriend. Her names Amber." I just nodded my head in response, not knowing what to say. We talked the whole period and the next one. It was finally our off blocks. The guys wanted to go out and hangout. Kyle and Tyler wanted to take a nap and as for me, well I wanted to go home and set my room with things. I told them that I was gonna go home, but they wanted to come with me. I didn't mind, they were my new friends. We walked to my car and saw that weren't all gonna fit but we managed to make something work. We all got in and drove to my house.
