Brynhilde Mikaelson left Mystic falls, with all its dangers, problems and mysteries, far behind her. Her brother, Niklaus had undaggered her, in the hopes of her aide in the fight against his enemies. But once it was known that there was only one cure, Brynhilde's dreams and hopes were crushed. She'd always been his favourite sibling, her having had the same troubles with their father, she reminded their father too much of the daughter he lost and was always treated terribly because of it.
Niklaus granted her her freedom, now that he watched his little sister crushed under the knowledge that she could never become human. She promised to keep in touch and left, without ever looking back. After traveling the world, she returned to her beloved America, searching for a quiet town to settle down. And one day, she stumbled upon a town called Storybrooke, quiet however, that town was not.
