Laid out on the couch, Giles continued to stare up at the ceiling as thoughts continued to plague him.

The past few days had been hectic, to say the least.

Learning about the ritual used on Buffy was the most worrying. The ritual could have destroyed the world and what it has done to Buffy well...that worried him more than anything.

Unable to get his mind to shut off, The Watcher sighed before pulling himself up to a sitting position; running a hand over his jaw. A part of him was furious with Bonnie and Willow for even considering such a dangerous spell...more so with Willow for suggesting it but then he couldn't help the fact that having Buffy back made him unbelievably overjoyed.

Rising from the sofa he started making to make his way to the kitchen only to spot an exhausted-looking, Elena walking down the stairs.

"Elena?"

Elena blinked sleepily as she turned to face him smiling slightly.

Giles couldn't help but smile at the young woman "Can't sleep?"

"Not really." Elena mumbled. She hadn't slept properly in months, not since that night Buffy had jumped off the tower "You?"

"Evidently not."

"You ever try mixing parts of every cereal you got in one bowl?"

Giles arched an eyebrow at the girl. That sounded like a horrific idea "Does it work?"

"Jeremy used to do it when we were kids I'm suddenly finding myself curious. Wanna join?" She asked as she slowly started to head towards the kitchen, Giles following her.

"Perhaps I'll be the control group. As you get older you'll find you lose patience with throwing up."

Laying in the darkness, Buffy could barely see where she was...she couldn't understand anything...her vision was blurry and her mind cloudy.

Attempting to sit up, Buffy was quickly filled with panic as she found herself trapped.

Unable to move.

This place, wherever she was... it was too small, too tight.

She couldn't breathe, she needed to be able to breathe.

Shuffling her body slightly, her hands started examining the constricted space, slamming against the small walls entrapping her.

It was too much.

She needed air, she needed to move.

Slowly her breathing started picking up causing her to hyperventilate. She was panicking.

She didn't know where she was...or why she was trapped in such a small space.

She was feeling claustrophobic and she needed to escape...but she couldn't.

She was trapped.

Terrified out of her mind, Buffy opened her mouth attempting to scream for help as the horror of her situation hit her, but no sound escaped her.

Her throat was too hoarse.

She couldn't speak, she couldn't scream...she couldn't do anything.

Her eyes widened in horror as the reality that she was going to suffocate hit her.

She needed to get out of here.
