Ch. 32 - Rivalry Destroyed

Carru and I are together again and we're very happy. We hang out a lot and everything's just great except one thing. Carru and Zoya's boyfriend Akeem aren't friends so we don't hang out together. I realize that Zoya's not happy whenever she wanna hang out with us and Akeem isn't there. I'm not happy when I'm out having fun with my girls and my boyfriend but Zoya's not there. This feud is breaking up our friendship and I hate that. I can't take it anymore.

Carru told me that one day at football practice coach called him and told him that he loved how committed and dedicated he was to the team. At the time Carru and Akeem was the best and the most reliable players on the team so coach was gonna make one of them captain and the other co-captain. But when Akeem saw coach talking and laughing with Carru he thought Carru was trying to bribe coach to make him the captain so Akeem went ballistic and accused Carru of bribery.

Coach heard this and got really angry. He told Akeem that he misinterpreted everything and benched Akeem for a week. Coach then made Carru captain and Andre co-captain. Akeem was angry at them and they never spoke since.

Now this dumb feud has got to end. I want all of us to hang out together including Akeem and Zoya. I have to find a way to make them talk again. I don't want to lose my best friend.

Wait a minute. I just got the perfect idea. Now all I need is someone who's good at executing plans. Jake. Of course, he's amazing at that. I'll have to talk to him.

At lunch we were all chilling together. Now I can take my plan into action.

"Jake?" I called him and everyone looked at me because I was in a serious tone.

"Yea", Jake answered.

"Can we talk? In private please", I asked and everyone looked at me suspiciously.

"Sure", Jake said so we got up and left the group behind.

"Wassup".

"I've heard both sides of the stupid feud between Carru and Akeem and I couldn't care less about what happened then. What I care about is how this is killing my best friend. Every time we hang out she has to choose sides between her friends and her boyfriend. I hate that! I want that to stop. I want all of us to be together again including Akeem. This dumb feud has got to stop", I said.

"I feel ya Shena. I hate that too. You know, Zoya is like my partner in crime. When we're together that's double trouble. I hate when she can't hang out with us", Jake said.

"Exactly. You guys are the most hilarious pair ever. Now we've got to do something to end this feud", I said.

"Ight I'm with ya so what's your plan", he said so I told him my plan.

"Hmmm I like it. And I know just how to do this one", he said grinning.

"Okay good. You do your part and I'll go do mine", I said an he nod and left.

I went up to find Akeem and I did. He was at the container with his friends. When they saw me they stopped talking.

"Akeem! Akeem! It's Zoya", I said acting dramatically and he rushed to me.

"What happened Shena? Is Zoya okay?" He asked anxiously. Yes my plan is working.

"I don't know. She was eating lunch then she suddenly started feeling dizzy and she was having headaches. I rushed over here as fast as I could. Please do something Akeem", I said fake crying.

"Okay Shena. Relax. Please calm down. Take me to where she is okay", he said and I nod. That's great. You know, I should really go into acting look how easily I fooled Akeem.
