"I'm Carly and I have a friend and she is currently being held against her will in her own home"
"What's your friends name and adress Carly? And do you know who is holding her hostage?"
"Her name is Asanda Vanessa Lovett and she lives in, 234 Fifth Avenue in Lynnwood Manor and it is her ex boyfriend turned pyscho Jamie Brown."
"Does your friend live alone or with a family member or friend?"
"Alone. Please come with some back up because Jamie is known for being violent and please hurry."
"Don't worry Carly. We will get right to it. Police will be on their way to the address you have mentioned"
"Make sure that Asa is fine please. She's my best friend"
"Of course Carly. We will get Asanda out of there as soon as possible"

I've never spoken to 911 nor do I know how it works. In fact we don't have 911 here, I just wrote based from my limited knowledge from watching criminal shows.
