"I already have. I've done just about everything there is except a few things that are illegal. I'm a nymphomaniac."

VERONICA

VERONICA AND ARCHIE RETURNED to the library ten minutes before Betty and Kevin did. They looked around the library, seeing the lunches of the other students on their tables, the chairs empty. The library was silent, and Archie looked over at Veronica. "Where are they?"

"Maybe they went to the bathroom or something."She said, shrugging as she took her seat and reached for her lunch. "Or maybe Barney went and hid somewhere with American Psycho and plans to surprise you. And Goldilocks went to the bathroom to powder her nose."She spoke nonchalantly, taking out her lunch. A single gluten-free sandwich.

Archie sat down on his chair and sighed, taking his lunch out of his backpack. It was a whole lot of protein, which Veronica sneered at as she watched him eat his food like an animal. She cleared her throat slightly, fixing her posture as she held the sandwich up, catching Archie's attention. His mouth was full as she stared and watched Veronica take a bite from her sandwich, chewing it gently. He huffed and turned back to his food.

Five minutes after they started lunch, Betty came running into the library, with Kevin following closely behind her. The two were sweaty, their breathing uneven and ragged. They both took their seats, their knees buckling. Both Archie and Veronica looked at them confusedly, eyebrows scrunched up.

"Where's Jughead?"Archie asked, directing the question to Betty, who was back on her feet once again, panting. "Right, Jughead."Betty mumbled, looking around. "I have to go back for him."The words tumbled out of her lips as she started walking back to the door, but Archie rushed to her side and dragged her back, which did not make the blonde happy at all.

"Let go of me!"She yelled at him, struggling out of his grasp, but ultimately, he was stronger than her. He lifted her off her feet, which only caused Betty to start kicking around. He put her back on her seat, towering over her. "What the hell, Betty? Where is he?"He asked.

Knowing that Betty would not answer him, he turned to question Kevin, who was still recovering from the run. "He distracted Weatherbee so we could go back here without being caught."He explained, placing his hand over his chest, taking a deep breath.

"I have to go help him."Betty said, about to stand up once again but Archie held her by her shoulders and held her down. "No, you're not going anywhere. Jughead can handle himself, he can find his way out of this."Archie told him. "But what if he needs help?"Betty asked.

"He's Jughead. He doesn't need help."

JUGHEAD

JUGHEAD JONES NEEDED HELP, no matter how much he denies it. The Blue & Gold Editorial room was a small space, crammed with desks and old computers and printers. There were piles of papers, which Jughead tried snooping into, but got bored eventually. If he was being accurate, he'd say that he's been locked in there for nearly an hour already, and he was dying from the heat.

He cursed to himself as he slammed his hand down on one of the desks, his hand reaching to try and nudge the door knob open once again. But, like the previous attempts he made, he failed, and the door remained locked.
