There was blood again. 'Why must there be so much? Can't I do something about it?'

It was the same alley from before with no one it but him, a faint fluorescent light making the area visible. The cold concrete sat below him and the old walls rested against his back.

"Useless", he muttered using his hands to support as he stood up, staggering a bit before walking towards the darkness. The path continued, every step becoming agonizing as the scene changed.

The space around him grew but it was still so dark. The air thickened as a grey haze of smoke filled it. A small orange light flickered in the distance, but grew slowly as he drew closer and revealed the source.

The one story building was small, only one or two windows being visible through the fire that was beginning to engulf the house. The heat increased as he stepped closer and closer to the entrance. He passed through the door way and covered his mouth, searching and explore what was yet to be taken over in flames.

He stumbled upon a room with a mattress on the floor, a locked window beside it and something lying on the bed. The figure ran towards it and looked at the body's face.

Yoongi

He shook him back and forth trying his hardest to wake him. Too much smoke must have already entered his lungs.

He scanned the room and and saw the place that could be the source.

The fire was intentional. Had Yoongi....

He shook his own head quickly, hooked his arms under Yoongi's, trying to drag him from the bed. He had no time to keep thinking with embers beginning to drop from the ceiling.

Would they both burn together but alone? He kind of hoped for it, but afraid to admit it. Because there was more.

The morning sun glared into Y/N's face as she woke up, turning away from it before groaning in frustration and displeasure. Her exposed legs were burning from the sun but felt so cold at the same time. Carefully, she carried her small figure off the bed, hugging her pillow in front of her, and walked to the door, her bare feet quietly touching the floor but causing some creaks.

Before closing her door behind her, she glanced at the clock in her room.

6:57 AM

Not as early as she had personally wanted, but it was good enough. All she wanted was to make sure she was the only one a wake. It was cold, but she could deal with it.

Quietly, she stepped towards Jungkook's door and twisted the handle. It was just as silent in the room as outside of it, so she crept in with some ease.

The man laid partially to his side, his forearm on his side and his hand on the the bed. He wore a black sleeveless shirt with the arm area stooped a bit lower than it should, revealing a part of his sides and chest.

Y/N crouched down beside in the bed and looked his face, but noticed a trail of sweat down his neck. She carefully placed her hand there and felt it burning. Her hand traveled up to his forehead and felt the huge contrast: it was cold. So very cold that she almost gasped, but instead sighed and left her hand there, softly rubbing it and hoping it would warm up.

Her legs eventually gave way and she sat down on the chilly hard wood floor, placing her pillow on her lap and scooting closer to the bed to keep her hand where it was. Despite how cold she was, she felt drowsy for some reason. Frustration started to boil in her, not just because she wanted to stay awake, but also questioning why she was doing what she doing. There was no reason for it, since he might wake up and yell at her.

For some reason that didn't bother her though and she pushed the thought to the side, sleep soon overcoming her in no time.

A hand gently rested on hers, much colder of course, but not cold enough to wake her. He grasped onto the small hand and held it a bit tight as he brought it down by his chest. He placed it above his heart and the recognized has slow it it was beating, but how fast it felt to him. The warmth of her hand was comforting as the memories of every dream played through his mind.

Jungkook's eyes fluttered open and focus on the sleeping girl in front of him. Should he even call her a girl anymore? Of course not, he thought, a tiny and faint smile breaking onto his face.

Strands of her hair rested on her face and he reached forwards to place them behind her ear, his hand slowly moving to cup her face. He withdrew it back quickly though when she flinched a bit, but didn't wake again.

Cold hands.

He sighed and reluctantly sat up, making sure to do quietly. He slipped off the bed and crouched down, tucking his arms under her legs and holding back as he lifted her light body up. Gently, he laid her in his spot, where some of his warmth lingered, and covered her with the blanket.

He crouched down her spot and placed is on arms on the bed, resting his chin on them. He watched her shift closer to the bed and smile, and wondered what exactly had made her too; was it the warmth, its softness or the fact that the bed smile like him?

Jungkook wished badly for the last as his hand traced her jawline and stopped by her lips.

He wasn't going to allowing temptation and curiosity to ruin so early in the morning, so he laughed and shot up, quickly crawling back onto the bed behind her and wrapping his arms over her. The urge to keep her close to him was strong.

It was mostly just because his body was still cold though, but he didn't want to make her cold.

But didn't she like the cold, he thought.

"Ah Y/N, you're confusing sometimes, more or less," he whispered in her ear.

Sound her subtle breathing was enough to make him doze off, hoping that keeping her near would be something good.

"Do you have it?"

Namjoon tapped Jimin's shoulder as the younger searched his pockets.

"He better have it otherwise coming to his house was just a waste of-"

"Come on Yoongi, just wait before you pissed." Jin patted Yoongi's shoulder, watching Jimin continue until he found what he was looking for.

The key to Jungkook's house.

"Nice!" Namjoon hit his back smiled, the rest waiting patiently for Jimin to unlock the front door. A small click made everyone cheer quietly as the door opened.

Slowly they flooded the home and closed the door behind them. The house was a bit different from what they expected; it was usually messy because Jungkook would forget to pick up his stuff, but this time, almost everything was arranged properly.

"Looks like Y/N has been helping him out." Jin strolled towards the couch and Yoongi followed, asking "Are you sure he isn't awake yet?"

Hoseok responded to him confidently with, "Yeah, Jungkook doesn't wake up early like the rest of us. He would usually wake up around 10 or 11. But I think Y/N is who you should worry about more."

"It doesn't look like she's awake though..." Namjoon walked down the hallway and saw one of the bedroom doors closed, while the other was almost. "Guys over here."

The group poured down the behind him and quietly came with a plan to wake the youngest without waking Y/N, who they assumed was till in her room.

Well unfortunately... they were all wrong.
