Getting off work today, I was skeptical about Jax not showing up for a couple days. None of our co-workers have seen nor heard from him and he wasn't answering my texts either. I tried not to worry about it though and pushed on towards my mother's house as usual. Redd wanted to hang with me today since it's been a couple days since I've seen her too.
I've been working to get enough money to buy a car out here since I sold my Jeep to Chloe who needed the extra space. I thought I had enough money with me to put down but...after getting my apartment together and now preparing for a baby, I'm a little short on the Benjamins.
As I walked up towards their block, I saw a guy staring at me as I came up to their front yard. Sitting on his car I assume, I gave him a look for staring and made my way inside before he called for me.

I turned around and opened the door with the keys my mother gave me last week. She said I was always welcomed and that this was always a second home for me. Upon opening the door, I closed it back once I stepped inside and saw Redd sleeping on the couch while Amani watched TV.
I said hi to my niece of course but then sat down next to her mother who was sleeping so peacefully on the couch.
