mark was silently making milk in the kitchen while donghyuck was playing with the baby

❝hello~❞ donghyuck gave the baby a teddy that was lying down the floor

the baby just stared at him and ignored him by playing a game in mark's phone

❝well your nephew is rude.❞ donghyuck clicked his tongue

mark actually told him that the baby was his nephew. he can't trust donghyuck. he might spread the news about him being a father.

for all he knows, donghyuck hates him.

❝yeah and you should go home.❞ mark sat beside chan and gave him a bottle of milk.

the younger crossed his arms ❝not until you tell me why you've been absent for the past few weeks.❞

well mark has been busy taking care of the baby that he sometimes wake up late and decided not to go to school.

mark placed the baby on his lap. ❝well.. i was sick.❞

❝for how many weeks?❞

❝is it impossible?❞ mark raised a brow at the younger.

the baby was wiggling in marks arms, telling him that he wants to go down. and mark did what he wanted, he placed him down and watched him walk around the house.

❝god he is so cute.❞ donghyuck can't help but coo at the baby ❝but so rude.❞

mark giggled ❝you're rude yourself.❞

❝excuse me?❞

before mark can reply, the baby shouted from the kitchen

❝daddy!❞

mark widened his eyes, so did donghyuck's.

❝daddy?❞ the younger tilted his head

❝ah..❞ mark laughed awkwardly ❝he calls me that..❞

the baby came running from the kitchen ❝daddy! baby chan wants to meet uncle junnie!❞

❝your name is chan?❞ donghyuck questioned ❝hi i'm donghyuck!❞

the baby stared at him as if he said something weird ❝nobody asked.❞

mark laughed at his baby's reply.

❝i'm daddy's baby!❞ the baby exclaimed and raised his hands, asking mark to carry him

donghyuck rolled his eyes ❝nobody ask—❞

then the both froze from their seats.

mark just realized what his son just said.

❝you're what?❞

someone knocked the door which made mark calm down a bit.

but it doesn't escape the fact that donghyuck knows something about him having a child.

❝UNCLE JUNNIE!!❞ the baby came running towards the guy standing

❝hey mark didn't i tell you to hire a babysitter?❞ renjun's attention was with chan and not at the two people who are sitting at the sofa in the living room

mark was giving him faces, telling him to stop talking, but renjun was too focused at the baby he was holding.

mark sighed. he gave up.

❝taeil hyung came to me and told me that you'll get expelled if you don't show up for another week.❞ renjun pinched the baby's cheeks ❝we know how hard it is being a father—❞

that's when renjun stopped talking. he looked up and saw donghyuck staring at him with questions running through his mind. mark mentally face palmed.

❝well.. i think i came to the wrong house.❞ renjun laughed and was about to leave when mark stopped him

❝you're dead.❞

renjun placed the baby down and ran around the house to avoid being caught my mark.

donghyuck watched the baby walk towards him and raised his hands telling the guy to carry him.

❝hey donghyuck..❞

donghyuck coughed at how the baby called him. ❝what is it?❞

the baby pointed at the two who were running around the house.

donghyuck furrowed his brow. was the kid telling him to be jealous at the two?

❝i want a papa just like uncle junnie.❞ baby chan said innocently with a smile.
