  So this is a book I wrote to my friend who I will not see as often as I used to, and I always am reminding her about taking care of herself and to breathe. I figured I would put together a book of all the things i said/wanted to say but never had the time or guts to say. I figured I would put it here as a way to start off; I may write more in the future (i have a lot of rants that I want to do something with)
