"I-" was all BEN could get out before E.J opened the attic door.

BEN scrambled out of my lap.

"BEN you were going to tell me something?" I ask

"What oh that nevermind." He said.

E.j 'looked' at BEN and BEN got up and followed him down the stairs. He had a weird expression

Later I was watching Fairy Tale on my bed when BEN walked in.

Something was off...

His usually neat hair was a mess and he didn't have his happy go lucky attitude.

"BEN? You o-ok?" I was a little worried when he didn't respond

Instead he rolled over and began to shake.

I get up and walk over to BEN. Then I notice it...

A hickey on his neck.

Anger was all I could feel, but I had to be careful. I don't know if BEN wanted it to happen or if it was sexually assaulte.

"BEN you need to tell me what happened, and whether or not I need to kick some *ss." I say not studdering one bit

At this BEN grabbed my shoulders.

"No, he'll kill you. I-I did this so you wouldn't get hurt, he threatened to kill you if I didn't do what he said!" BEN cried.

So it was sexually assaulte

"Who *tic* did this." I said calmly, but when I didn't get a response

"WHO DID THIS!"

"E.j"

I stood up, but BEN grabbed my arm

"Please don't, but if you do bring someone with you." He said.

I nod and start towards Jeff's room, surely he will help. Besides he owes me one.

"Jeff." I say as I knock on the door

"What is it Toby?" He responded as he opened the door.

"I need your help."

So we decided to bring it to court and by court I mean creepypasta judgment

Slender: judge
Toby Jeff: defence
E.j L.J: offence
Masky: helper
The rest are court

Slender: "Alright Toby state your case."

Toby: "I have reason to believe that E.J sexually assaulted BEN, threatening me if he didn't do it."

Slender: "E.j is this true?"

E.j: "No."

Slender: state your case E.j."

E.j: "Toby is just trying to cover the fact that he did it and just needed someone to blame."

Other: *mumbling* he has a point. No Toby doesn't lie. Quit arguing.

Slender: ok Toby call your first witness.

Toby: I call BEN to the stand

*BEN gets up and moves to the stand which is a chair*

Toby: "BEN did E.J not do that to you?" *shows hickey*

Others: *gasp*

BEN: "Yes."

Toby nodded at Slenderman

Slender: E.J how do you plead?"

E.j: "I call Toby to the stand!"

Toby: *moves to stand*

E.j: "Toby did you not-"

Slender: "Oh my f*cking Zalgo I can read your mind I just wanted you to admit it. E.j is guilty. *banges hammer, yes hammer, on table, deep inhale* I've been wanting to do that for so long."

Time skip to Toby's room

"Hey BEN, h-how long has that *tic* been going on?" I ask

"A week, and now he is just p*ssed and is going to hurt you and I don't want you to get hurt-"

"I can't feel pain."

"That's great now if he hurts you, you won't know and could bleed to death." He said

"We-ll I'm not going to *tic* let him touch you no more."

I scooped BEN into my lap and wrap my arms around him protectivly

The small elf in my arms looked up at me.

"Toby why do you care about me so much?"

"Because, I've w-wanted to tell you this for a *tic* while and now it seems g-good enough. BEN I....
