-Annie's POV-

I order a chicken salad and sprite.
Hayden stares at me continuously, I feel so bad.
The food finally arrives.

"Mom i'm gonna head back, i'm really tired" I say. She nods and hands me mine and Hayley's room card.

I start walking and I hear my name being called,

"Annie!"

"Hayden" I whisper

He runs up to me

"i already told you" i say

"seriously, are you happy? breaking up with me makes you happy? I though you actually liked me" he yells.

This is the last time i'm going to touch him so I better make the most of it.
I take a step closer to him and rest my hands on his hips.
"why don't you understand, i'm a curse, i'll ruin your life. I'm not even close to happy. And I don't like you... I love you" i say
A tear escapes my eyes and our faces are centimeters apart. I lean in and kiss his cheek.
"i'm sorry" i whisper and walk away.

-Hayden's POV-

I lie on my bed staring at the ceiling.
I can't believe Annie thinks she is a curse.
I promise myself, no matter what happens or how long it takes,

I will get her back...

-Annie's POV-

I wake up shower, get changed into a hoodie and ripped jeans.
I check my phone and once again...

H- i miss you
H- i need you
H- baby girl please don't do this
H-i'm begging you
H- Gorgeous don't give up on us💜

Hayley sits on the bed next to me and says, "Annie, you two are meant to be, don't do this to Hayden."
I sigh and go for a walk, I never took the time to realize how beautiful Bora Bora is, it's amazing.
The sound of the waves crashing agains the rocks is so soothing.

I go and walk on the beach across the sand. Suddenly, someone yanks my wrist and spins me around, before I can see who it is, they smash their lips onto mine.
What if it's a 50 year old man, i think.
I pull away and it's Hayden. I can see the hurt and sadness in his chocolate brown eyes. I wrap my arms around his neck and connect our lips. They move in sync, I have never made out with him before, i'm not saying it's bad, it's actually amazing. He snakes his arms around my waist.

Around 2-3 minuets later I pull away.
I stare into his eyes. I remove my arms from his neck and release from his arms. He breaks the silence,
"Baby, please, if you love me you won't do this. I-I love you so much" he says as a tear falls out his eyes.
He has never told me he loves me.
"I'm scared that i'll hurt you, ruin your life, mess up, over react. All these things, please as much as I love what we just did, we can't do that again." I say.

We stay there staring into each other's eyes for what feels like forever, but I speak up.
"ok, we can be friends, i'm just not willing to be together again, as much as I want to hug and kiss you, i'm still not convinced and i'm still scared."
He smiles, it's not his best smile.
"It's better than nothing" he says.
"but bab- I mean Annie, how much proof do I give you that I like you"
he says.
"I should head up" I say. He nods and we part ways.
"Wait! I don't like you" yells Hayden. I look back and worry starts to build up.
"I don't like you! I love you" he says and turns back around.
I smile to myself and head back up.

He is driving me insane...
