Darwin didn't know if he should've just told Gumball the truth. The truth was that he had this feeling in him, hatred. Of course he still loved his brother, but ever since that situation with Penny.. He couldn't get himself too feel protected with him anymore. He felt like roadkill that has been rode over many times, roadkill that had a chance at survival but someone just rode over him anyway.

The two boys laughed and everything went back too normal. This whole mess was over with.

The morning felt a bit more quieter than usual, the birds had stopped chirping, and the clouds covered the sun. Rain poured down with soft noises of water sliding off the edges of the roof.
The sibling all woke up at the same time. It was a Friday, finally.. But it had this weird feeling to it. They weren't excited for it, usually they would be.

Darwin put on his shoes,
Gumball put on his regular attire,
And Anais changed out of her gown into her little yellow dress.
The children did all their needs that they usually do each morning.
Brush, eat, and go. The usual routine.

The bus honked the horn as the kids go running away from the rain and inside the bus.
"Hey Darwin? Are you okay.. you've been really quiet."
Gumball looked at his best friend with concern.
"Huh, oh yeah. I'm fine."
Darwin stared at the window as Gumball was talking too his other friends.

They finally reached the school, time did feel as if it went slower than normal. The rain flooded the school's front, rain panted onto the windows, and darkness consumed the area as the sun was being hidden more and more.

"Why do we still go to school in this weather?"
Gumball poked at Darwin, and slipped a smile.
"I'm more concern on how fast those clouds move. It was sunny yesterday."
Darwin looked at his brother, Gumball shrugged
"Weather I guess, it's really confusing."
The two walked in the school, the halls were lonely. No one was in there except a few kids he never really recognized.

It felt super cold, but it was spring.
It was the feeling of being alone, even though he had Darwin right next too him. He didn't talk too him, it was like he wasn't even there.

"Darwin, why aren't you talking?"
"I'm tired."
"But it's a Friday, why aren't you excited."
"Are you?"
"No, I just lonely.
"Now you know how I felt."
The orange fish stormed off and left the blue cat in the hallways. Gumball rushed over too Darwin, finally catching up with him. He was out of breath, and stopped mid sentence too breathe each time he talked.
"Darwin what's wrong.... with you?"
All the Gumball could see was the back of Darwin head.

"Buddy? Talk too me, please."
Darwin quickly turned and punched Gumball in the face. Gumball was so surprised he stepped back, dazed. He tripped on his own feet, he fell on the hard cold floor. Afraid, he was afraid of his brother in once in a lifetime.

Darwin jumped on him and kept on throwing punches, gumball pushed him off
"What are you doing!"
He struggled too keep defending himself.
Darwin didn't answer his question and kept on throwing punches. Gumball didn't want too fight back, but something snapped in him. He threw his best friend at the lockers. A large sound flooded the hallways making multiple students too watch, instead of going too class.

Darwin laid there. Gumball inched closer too help him up but Darwin looked at him. He didn't recognized this Darwin. This Darwin pounced at gumball's legs making Gumball fall on the floor with a loud "thump!"

Penny pushed the crowd too go up in the front, she was astonished too see those brothers, who were so close.
"Let go of him!"
She screamed out at the fish boy. Gumball was out, he lost this battle,

"You, the person who started all of this. Fuck you! And your little boyfriends cause that smile ain't gonna protect you and his time. I'm no idiot,"
Darwin inhaled and launched at the girl. Everyone took a step back while the poor girl was getting tossed back and forth from this monster.

Gumball heard the cries of his ex, his eyelids slowly lifted as he saw his brother ripping her apart.
"LET GO OF HER YOU MONSTER!"
Gumball throws himself at Darwin pushing him off of her. As Darwin fell too the floor he noticed blood rolling down his face.
"G-Gumball?"
The boy started too cry intensely.
Gumball ignored the boy as blood rolled off of his claws. He went too go help his ex up. As someone already called the principal.

Once the principal the kids who were just watching stepped back and just kept on watching.
"Can someone please explain too me what the hell just happened? Why is this poor boy crying on the ground with blood crawling down his forehead."

Penny reached out too talk too the principal, her voice was weak. And she had bruises covering her light yellow body.
She had explained everything that happened.

Gumball was isolated in a class room with one of the nurses asking him questions and why did he do what he did. And Darwin was in the principal's office with a bandage over his head with his parents getting information about what happened.
