Reece's POV
I scrolled through my Instagram humming Never Enough from The Greatest Showman "detention sucks" I mumbled
"Yes it does" Elena looked at me "Smile!"
I looked up at her "what are you doing?"
"Say hi to Snapchat!" She cheered
"Um hi?" I laughed and looked at my Instagram. I checked my snap and I looked up Elena "Elena what'd you put on Snap?"
"Click on it" she smirked
It was a video of me humming that song and saying hi to Snapchat. I looked up at her "wow"
"What?" She asked
"I hate you" I mumbled with a smile
"You know you don't Charming" she laughed
"Can you shut up?" Sophie asked
"Oh my god I totally forgot she was here" Elena put her hand over her heart "her voice scared me"
I chuckled then the end of school bell rung and we ran out "freedom!" Elena screamed
I looked at her "you have issues"
"And one of them is how bad I need you" she smiled "you shit on purpose, you get mad and you break things, feel bad try to fix things"
I blinked at her "I don't wanna-" she cut me off
"Love somebody else! No I don't want love somebody else" she laughed
I frowned "Please stop"
"But I don't wanna" she sighed and yawned
"Let's just go" I smiled and started the car

Elena fell asleep watching The Greatest Showman. I shook her but she just smacked my hand away. I picked her up and carried her upstairs and began to laid her down "Goodnight"
She put her arms around my waist before I could put her down "don't go... lay with me"
I smiled "Princess I gotta go"
She opened her eyes up "are you gonna get shot?"
"Why would you say that?" I asked
"Because you saved me and they might... hurt you" she whispered
"Lena they won't touch me" I assured
She looked down "please be careful"
I nodded then she hugged me "if you die tonight I'll never forgive you"
I laughed "Princess I'll be ok"
She laid back down "goodnight"
I smiled and walked to the door "night" I flicked the light off. I shut the door and walked downstairs "bye mom"
She hugged me "bye"
