A few days had passed and I had to go back to the hospital to get my cut checked out. Luckily it was fine, I had butterfly stitches put onto it and they would dissolve themselves so I wouldn’t have to come back again which I was grateful of, I hated hospitals.

I walked back into our house and out into the back garden where Evie was sunbathing. 

The weather was gorgeous.

“You joining me ?” She asks without turning her head or removing her sun glasses.

“How did you know it was me” I giggle

“Just did.” she laughed

“I’ll just go get changed” I reply going up stairs and changing into my red and gold bikini with love hearts over it. I put my long blonde hair up into a scruffy up do and removed my make-up. I grabbed my holiday towel from the cupboard on the landing and went downstairs. I grabbed the other cushioned sunbathing lounger placing my towel over it and applying sun cream to myself. For July in the UK, the weather was lush and our little garden held the sun all day. I walked back inside and put my ipod into the speakers and began blasting out some tunes. I lay down on my towel allowing the sun to melt me.

“How the hospital go?”

“Good, got dissolving stitches this time”

“Ahh good”

“Where the boys?”  I ask, wondered why the house was so quiet.

“Gone to get some booze, we’re having a house party later”

“Okay cool” I smile

After about half an hour I turned onto my front un-doing my bikini, I hated tan lines.

“Take aim and fire” I heard Dan shout bringing me out of my lazy sunbathing nap, my head shot up to witness him and Luke holding water guns.

I quickly did up my bikini as they squirted us with water.

“Ahhhhhh” Me and Evie screamed trying to get away from them.

“Water balloons” I grin to myself, noticing the bucket by the back door

“Dan” I shout and his head whips round just in time as I catch him.

“Oh you’re dead” he laughs but I pick up another out the bucket throwing it at him against.

“Eve’s” I shouted and she ran over grabbing the bucket off me as Dan’s arms were wrapped around my waist, not allowing me to move. She began pelting Luke with water balloons then at Dan but he kept hiding behind me.

“Eve” I giggle as she hit me again.

“Sorry ” she laughed

After a while we were all out of weapons.

“Okay, what was that for?” Evie laughs sitting down on her very wet towel.

“We saw these in Asda” Luke grinned holding up his water gun.

“And we thought they would come in handy and they did. Water fight on a day like this had to happen” Dan grinned

“Whatever” I laugh “So what time is everyone getting here later?” I ask

“Eight-ish I think” Luke replies

“Okay well it’s four now, shall we get food then get ready?” Evie says 

“Yea, I’m feeling...” Dan begins

“Nandos” we all say and burst out laughing

“No actually” he smirks
