Again you were running through the woods from a killer. You knew this was the person the entity was after but still no idea why. You didn't know if she was following you or not so you figured you had to make yourself a noticeable target.
(Y/n): man I love going out for nightly jogs.
You say out loud trying to get attention to your self. You didn't hear anything so you started walking around acting clueless. You were about to keep walking until something in your body screamed at you to stop. When you did you looked down and saw a suspicious pile of leaves. You picked up a large stick and poked the pile. As soon as it made contact a bare trap sprung from it breaking the stick in half.
(Y/n): more bare traps?
Well you couldn't help but mentally thank trapper for giving you a better sense of awareness.
*back at the house*
Trapper: hmmm *giggles while hugging herself*
Nurse: are you okay trapper?
Trapper: yes I'm fine I just feel really happy.
Nurse: why?
Trapper: I have no idea.
*back to you*
With your new knowledge of traps around you started treading the land more carefully. Eventually you started hearing heavy foot steps behind you. You started walking a little faster but so did they. Eventually you broke off into a full sprint with them tailing you. You kept jumping and ducking under objects but it sounded like the person behind you was going through everything like a tank. After a while of them chasing you, you were beginning to run out of stamina with them closing in behind you. Just when you thought your luck was running out you saw another suspicious pile of leaves and jumped over it. When you landed you slipped forward and fell to the ground. The person behind you however couldn't slow down and hit the bear trap, they then flew over you and hit the ground with a much harder force than you. You also heard something cling to the ground. You looked behind you and saw a machete lodged in the ground.
???: ugh dammit.
You quickly picked up the machete and turned to the person who was chasing you.

Needles to say you were aroused by her attire. She was having trouble getting the bare trap off her leg but didn't seem hurt. You then curse at yourself for what you were about to do because you know it's a terrible decision. Machete in hand you started walking towards her.
*Jaylen's pov*
Dammit how could I forget about that trap there and I was so close! I then hear footsteps approach me I look up to see the man I was chasing holding my weapon.
Jaylen:"this is it I'm going to die again."
I close my eyes and wait for death to embrace me once again. Only for it to never come, I slightly open my eyes and saw him crouching in front of me prying open the trap with my machete. I didn't even have time to think as he opened it back up and started running tossing my machete. He got next to a tree then turned back to me.
