Hi guys , this is about Mung Daal , my 3rd favorite character , I love him cause hes so funny , the show would be useless without him . I'm so elated , my reads have gone from 0 to 3 , in such a short time span , it'd a good start , it means my book will be popular , I'll also be working on fun facts about each episode of each season , cause I love them to pieces , anyway please vote ,it won't hurt your fingers to press that little white Star and make me happy , I know I deserve it.

Mung Daal is the owner and head chef of " Mung Daal catering company"and the deuteragonist of the series.

Personality

Mung is typically kind and friendly , and has exhibited a good amount of patience for his apprentice. He can however , be quite Stern if that patience reaches its limits.

Despite being married , he takes great delight in impressing other women and like to claim hes a " ladies man" . A statement that frequently and humorously blows up in his face .

He is immensely proud of his moustache and will comment about it if the opportunity to do so arises. He also appears to be very persnickety about proper caring and manipulating it - even to the point that he would not dive into the ocean to rescue chowder , for fear that his moustache might get wet.

Appearance

While Mung Daal has a more humanoid appearance than that of his employees and apprentice , he certainly isn't human as indicated by his bright blue skin tone and out landish features .

He has a white nose , White hair in a small tuff atop his head , bushy eyebrows and a long moustache that curves upwards. In "mahjongg night", it is revealed that Mung had a beard , but was eventually ripped off , during one of truffles tantrums.

Mung Daal wears an interesting outfit , consisting of a professional chefs coat , a red and green pliad - patterned kilt , brown shoes and tall black socks. He also appears to wear thick glasses, but whether these are necessary for seeing or simply a safety precaution is unclear while his work uniform is exactly the same as his everyday outfit , he sometimes adorns a chef hat at the kitchen.

History

Born on the 8th of January 1513. The majority of mungs childhood remain a mystery. However in a series of flash backs provided by his previous cooking master , lo mein, it is revealed that he too had made many mistakes in his apprenticeship.
