You rushed to gather the things you would need for the quick escape you were planning. You pushed what you had heard earlier out of your head, trying to focus, but found it difficult. Your fingers fumble with the things you were trying to carry back to Makeshift. It was simple things, like some medical supplies, clothes, and food.

When you went back to gather more medical stuff, your hands shook making it difficult to grab and hold on. You jumped when you felt someone hugging you from behind. Ruff callused hands grabbed yours. You turned and looked into the calming green eyes of Hiccup. You sighed and buried your head into his neck. You weren't the only one that could relieve stress. His arms hung around you trying to calm the nervous that ran wild inside you.

"Settle down. I'm not going to let them hurt you." You sighed and nodded against his skin. "Let me help you." With the words said, Hiccup helped to gather the supplies and load them into the pockets on Makeshift.

It seemed like it took forever to get packed. The occasionally boom from outside reminding you to rush. When distanced voices were heard from the hall, you turned to Hiccup and the others who made quick movements to get out. You climbed onto Makeshift right as the men came in. All the dragons took off making it easy cover everyone but also made it hard to see Hiccup and the others.

You screamed when something shape digs into your shoulder. Looking back you saw an arrow buried in your shoulder. You heard your name screamed by Hiccup who clearly heard you scream. Gathering your strength you reached up to the arrow in an attempt to pulled it out. You thinking back to when Hiccup was hit by one, and it was poisoned. You prayed to the gods that it wasn't the same one. You ripped it out only to have it break in half, leaving the head and part of the stick still in you. Since you couldn't get a good angle to pull it out, you left it and waited for help from the others.

You were now outside of the building and turned back to see the men from earlier watching you leave. You sighed, glad it was over and glad that you were away from the men. Hiccup pulled up beside you. He immediately took notice of the arrow still remaining in you. "(Y/n)!"

"I know, I tried to pull it out, but it broke." He hovered over you and grabbed in nub sticking out. Your jaw clenched as he pulled it out quickly. A squeak left your lips and you grabbed at the area as it bled. Hiccup mumbled an apology and threw the arrow into the sea below. "Are you ok?" You nodded and bit your lip to hold back tears. The pain slowly started to fade and you turned to Hiccup who still watches you with worry. "I don't know if it was like the one that shot you. If so we-"

"I'm sure it wasn't." He said shaking his head. "If it was like the one that hit me then it would have hurt much more. Trust me." You smiled, but your eyes still held worry. You didn't know for sure if it was or not.

"Is everyone alright?" Stoick asked looking around. Everyone nodded. "(Y/n) got shot." Hiccup said causing everyone to look at you. "I'm fine." You said shaking your head. Everyone gave you a concerned look. "We can't do anything right now. We have to get out of here first." Stoick reminded everyone before continuing to fly. You already knew where you were going. It was the place you had landed earlier with Vali.

Vali. Hiccup was right about him. He was up to no good. You thought back to when he kissed you. It did feel nice, but his acts were unforgivable. You shake your head and continue to fly straight.

You flew for a little longer and could make out the island coming into view. You smiled seeing the familiar piece land. Suddenly, a dizzying feeling came over you. You struggled to keep your eyes opened but soon blackness started to come to the corners and slowly made their way to your pupils. The last feeling you have is falling into the darkness.
