Customized changes are the changes that can be made to a premade other than substituting the dummy texts for yours in order to make the graphic more suited to your book/idea.
Keep in mind it is impossible for your new cover to look exactly like the cover premade even if you didn't request any changes unless you have the same title or word length.
Now, there are some changes you can ask for that are possible and easy, and then there are some that are just wild and the reasonable choice would be to request a new graphic from someone else.
To show you a bit of what I can do and not do, let's take a look at all the premades that have already been taken thanks to the MDC forums in 2019 and see how they differ from the original.
