Hey, I was wondering if you were free for that interview I mentioned a while back? xx
Hello! Yes, I would love too!
Sweet! Before I start, how are you? xx
I am doing lovely. Thank you for asking. How are you doing?
Great thanks, although I'm being a bit lazy and am still in bed 😂
What inspired you to write your story? xx
Lazy days are always the best sometimes. We have a lot of them with my daughter because of her illness.
Honestly, I was inspired by something terrible that happened to me as a child. I was abused by stepfather for years and shut myself out from everyone and everything I could. But writing in my own fantasy world helped me cope with life as a teen.
Aww, that sounds so sweet! Family time is the best time xx 😊
Isn't writing great? I reckon it nourishes the soul xx
What do you want readers to get out of your book? xx
Family time is what I live on now. Every second counts since finding out my daughter has a brain tumour.
Writing definitely nourishes the soul. If I couldn't write I think I'd go crazy!
I want my readers to be able to escape into a new world. Be able to forget they had a terrible day and just live in a new one until they have to leave. I want it to be a safe haven for my readers as my favourite books were for me. 🙂
