"The witch was telling me how my family was cursed and that since my mom died it got passed down to me ." he say quietly.

"Thank you....can I hug you again?"he asks. Before he could say anything else I pulled him into my lap and hugged him. I dont know when ive been this affectionate.
"What was the curse ?"I ask rubbing his back to keep him calm .
"Im a full blown neko ."I stared at him in shock. Nekos are really rare and there hard to find. I cant believe I have one in my lap.
"Jace?"I snap out of my thoughts"yes?"
"You didnt answer my question"he informs.
"Sorry what was it?"I stopped rubbing his back.
