Chapter 28

::::::::::: Harley's POV :::::::::::

~ the next morning ~

Bruce and I were having a pretty heated make out session. Well we're both basically naked and trying for another baby. Yes I know I just had a baby a few months ago but our baby fever was raising through the roof so you basically can't blame us for that. Bruce started kissing my neck and I giggled cause he's starting to get a beard and it tickles. Curse the November challenge. But he still looks good either way. I run my fingers through his hair and kiss his shoulder. As things were about to go farther our bedroom door opened and Jason came in.

"Oh god" Jason shouted and covered his eyes

"Damn it Jason" Bruce yelled and brought the sheets up more to make sure my breast weren't visible to Jason

"Sorry I didn't mean to.......I should of knocked" he said still covering his eyes

"Yes you should of Jason" I said looking at Jason

"I'll just let you two finish and I'll wash my eyes out" he said and turned around and left closing the door behind him

Bruce sighed and I looked at Bruce "do you want to continue bruce?" I asked

"Yeah cause....." I interrupted him

"I know Bruce" I said smiling and kissed him

~ later on ~

I was cutting a banana up for lily and was making a bottle for Damian. Obviously multitasking mom right now. Bruce came into the kitchen and the kids start talking away. They sounded like the seagulls from finding Nemo. Bruce kisses the top of their heads and then came over to me and kissed my cheek.

"I'll see you all a little bit after 4" he said and kissed my cheek again

"See you then" I said and kissed his cheek

Bruce went over and kissed the kids on top of their heads again and left. Jason then came into the kitchen and sat at the table.

"Morning Jason" I said as I put the banana pieces on the tray of Lily's high chair

"Morning mom" he said and was looking at the table

"I'm sorry for what you saw this morning" I said looking at him

"It's fine. I should of known" he said and looked up at me

"Well do you want anything to eat?" I asked as i turned to face the fridge

"No I'm good. I just want to catch up on things" he said

"Oh uh alright" I walk over to the table and sit across from him "what do you want to know?" I asked him

"Well when did you and dad got married?" He asked

"Well we got married almost a year ago" I said

"And I knew Lucy. But what about that little guy" he said pointing to Damian in a play pin

"That's Damian. He was born a few months ago" I said looking at him

"So the whole babs and Grayson situation?" He asked as he put his hand down

"They broke up a couple of months after your death cause he was apparently moving and thought it'd be best to break up. Then when he moved he started dating starfire which broke Barbara a lot" I said looking back at Jason

"Wow I feel bad" Jason said as he looked at his hands

"It's not your fault. I just wish I could do something" I said as I held Jason's hands

"Can't we just lock them in a room or something" he said

"Jason you know we can't do that. Your father would kill me if he found out I was apart of that" I said

"He could be a part of it to" Jason said looking at me

~ later while ease-dropping on Barbara and Grayson ~

"I can't hear anything" Jason said in a whisper voice as he has his ear up against the bedroom door

"Cause Barbara doesn't want to talk" I whispered

"What are we suppose to do? Just let them be lock in a room all night" Bruce whispered

"Well if that's how it's going to be" I whispered while looking at Bruce

:::::::::: Barbara's POV :::::::::::

I stood on the other side of the room looking out the window trying to find a soft place to fall and run off cause being locked in a room with your ex is super awkward. Especially if you don't want to talk to them after they break up with you and then decide to date their other team mate.

"Barbara you gotta day something" I heard from Grayson

I can never get over that voice. I always wanted to hear that voice every day and in my dreams. But hearing it now just makes me want to cry so badly.

"Barbara......"

I cut him off "You.....You break up with me and then move.....and then to find out that you start dating that starfire girl a day later.........do you know how much that hurt me.......I never left my apartment. The only time I left was to get groceries or to pay rent........I have been in so much pain cause of you" I said breaking down crying

All he did was looked at me with a sad face. I had to admit one thing "when Harley was 5 months pregnant with Damian. I went to the top of the bridge to commit suicide. But she rescued me by stopping me and send me to a rehab center. It still didn't make me feel any better" I said as my tears start flowing like a river and I saw a shock look on his face. I had enough of being in this room. So I pasted by him and to the door and banged on it

"Let me out!" I shouted

I can feel those eyes from Grayson burn on the back of my head. I keep banging on the door but I can hear foot steps coming towards me and they weren't from the other side of the door. They were from behind me. Arms wrapped around my waist and spun me around to face Grayson and then he kissed me. I was in shock but I didn't know what to do. He pulled away and looked at me.

"I'm so sorry that I caused you so much pain babs. I really am. I didn't mean to hurt you so badly that you almost committed suicide" he said as he rested his forehead on mine "I'm so sorry. I really do love you" he said still in the position we were in

I really did love him and always have loved him. He was even my first. My dad doesn't need to know about that but it was only just once........ok a couple of times but my dad still doesn't need to know........anyways I have loved him for so long. I still want to be with him. Grayson looked at me again and kissed me as this time I kissed back. We stayed like this for awhile until the door unlocked and Jason opened the door and threw confetti at us.

"Yay you two aren't so awkward anymore" he said

Harley and Bruce grabbed Jason and pulled him out of the bedroom and closed the door. Grayson and I laughed and went back to kissing and let's say a long night of passionate love.
