Chapter 11 - The morning of Departure.

Then...

The day I have to meet Tegemi's parents finally arrives.

"I wonder if my tie is alright?"

I check it several times in front of the mirror.

Then I head to the living room.

Tegemi is already waiting there for me.

"Mina, are you ready?"

"Yes, I think so."

After that...

"Ah! Tegemi, Minamino?" wondered Miyoko

"Why are you dressed up like this?" asked Yomiko

"Tegemi...and Mina, why are you in a suit?" she continued.

The whole household is gathered together.

"Are you guys going on a date?"

"Are you two eloping?" asked Raika jokingly.

"Ehehe, it's nothing like that." Explained Tegemi.

"We're just going out for a little while."

When she says that she looks at me.

"Mina."

She lays her hand on my chest.

"Tegemi?"

"Don't move, your tie is crooked."

"T-thank I'm having a hard time fixing that."

"You're welcome." She said smiling while retying the tie for me,

"There you go, perfect!"

"And your collar's a bit off, But there's nothing we can do about that."

And everyone is looking at our exchange.

"Awe,they're just look like newly wed." said Raika.

"No way." Uttered Kasumi.

(Why are they looking at me like that?)

With everyone's gaze on me, I turn bright red.

Tegemi laughs lightly, like always.

"Ehehe, anyway, let's go Mina."

"Ha,! Mina, you look like a tomato." Teased Raika.

"Enjoy your date!" said Miyoko.

Making a fuss until the end...

We head out to the main door entrance and close the door behind us.

"They all see me on a suit."

"What? You look good on it." She said while starting the car.

We leave the Famille' and drive towards the meeting place.

"Thank you really for doing this for me, Mina."

"My father is waiting for us, at a restaurant in the city."

"Better not make him wait."

(I'm saying that but I'm nervous as fuck here.)

When Tegemi sees me like that, her face goes a little red.

"Hey, Mina."

"Yes?"

"If it's alright..."

"Can I hold your hands for practice?"

"Even though it's just pretend you are my boyfriend."

"I don't want my father to find out."

"Of course." I held out my hand to hold hers.

"Ahahaha, it was just a joke."

"I can't really shift the gear while you hold my hand now can, i?"

She smiles cheekily.

And continues to drive towards our destination.

I laugh bitterly, and Tegemi continues her driving.

"How about it? Why don't you relax a bit?" she said while pushing play on the cars stereo.

Playing classical music ease my mind for a bit.

"You're a bit tense, relax Mina."

"Aahaha, thank you, Tegemi."

"You can definitely do it you're my boyfriend after all!"

(Well I have to do my best.)

Driving for few minutes, we parked near a fancy looking five star restaurant.

"Well, here we are."
