Chapter Seventeen

*Fresh POV*

PJ and I walked hand in hand into the ice rink and I immediately shivered. I had totally forgotten a jacket.

PJ laughed at me as he felt me shiver. He pulled his sweatshirt off and gave it to me.

"I can't take this then you'll be cold!" I said to him and attempted to hand it back.

"I have a long sleeve shirt on you have a tank top on." PJ started. I blushed. "Put the sweatshirt on."

I pulled his sweatshirt over my head and sighed. It had his cologne on it.

I swear I'm not creepy.

"PJ! Fresh! Over here!" We turned and saw Undyne and Alphys putting on skates. We walked over.

"We got you guys skates now hurry up!" Alphys said. She seems really excited.

PJ and I sat down on the bench and put on skates. After I tied the laces I took in a huge breath. Which is weird because I'm a skeleton but whatever logic doesn't exist here.

PJ stood up and wobbled over to me and held out his hand.

"Ready?" He asked. He must've seen the scared look on my face cause his expression turned soft.

"Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded.

"I've never skated before." I state. He chuckles.

"Neither has Undyne." He said pointing to Undyne who was flailing her arms around on the ice. She soon fell on her bottom and Alphys grabbed her hand and helped her up.

"Besides I'll be with you. C'mon!" PJ said and lifted me up onto my feet. I wobbled with him out to the rink and we were off.

My foot immediately went out from under me and I fell only to be caught by PJ.

"Don't laugh at me!" I started seeing PJ's smile. You could tell he was trying to hold in a laugh.

I get back onto my feet and PJ skates in front of me.

"Hold my hands and look into my eyes." PJ says. I laugh.

"That sounds so cliché" I say and he frowns.

"I'm trying to be romantic you really killed the moment." PJ says and smiles.

I giggle. "I'm very sorry PJ." I grab onto his hands and make eye contact.

He begins to skate backwards and he pulls me slowly as I wobble along.

PJ tells me all the basics and I start to get the hang of it and soon we are skating side by side holding hands. I want this moment to last forever.

"OH MY GOSHHHH PJ!!!!" I shrill voices echos. PJ and I glance at each other with fear in both of our eyes.

"I feel like Bunny's stalking you." I say to him.

"I feel like that too." PJ answers. We try to skate faster away from Bunny's voice but soon I get shoved out of the way and I hit the side of the wall.

I rub my arm and Alphys and a very unbalanced Undyne skates over.

"Fresh what happened?" Alphys asks. She looks so graceful skating around.

"Bunny happened." I glare and point to Bunny who is all up in PJ's grill.

"Maybe we should save him?" Undyne suggests. We all look over again and Bunny is trying to kiss him.

"Yea we definitely should and fast." I say jealously as we all skate towards them.

PJ looks over and pleads with his eyes. Undyne then stops skating and looks at us.

"You Guys let me handle this." She says with a smirk. Alphys and I glance at each other and agree to get a pizza for everyone.

*PJ POV*

"PJ say you're over that nerdy freak! I just broke up with my boyfriend to be with you!" Bunny pleaded. Her breath stinks.

"You had a boyfriend??" I ask. I didn't know this and to be honest I really wish she didn't break up with him.

"Yea but I didn't like him. All he talked about was Harry Potter. His mom was rich though." Bunny sneered. I rolled my eyes at her.

Undyne then hobbled over.

"Hey Bunny can I talk to you?" She asked. She sounded really sincere.

"Ugh whatever fish stick. I'll be back PJ!~" Bunny skated away from me and followed Undyne. Undyne looks back at me and winked. I sighed knowing where this was gonna go.

"PJ!" That voice was much more comforting. I turned to Fresh who looked like he was more comfortable skating by himself.

I hugged him and he jumped a bit but hugged back.

"Alphys and I got a pizza for dinner." Fresh said and gestured over to Alphys who was sitting at a table with a pizza.

"Good I'm hungry!"
