(Vincenzo's POV)

"Don Bianchi, nice to see you again."

I sat down in my chair and pulled out a cigar.

"Tell me something, Franco."

"Anything, Don."

"Luca D'Amico, came to see you three days ago and I want you to tell me why."

"He wanted me to hide him."

"Why?"

"We both know why." He said and I nodded.

"What did you tell him?"

"I told him no. I wouldn't go against you. He then offered to pay me but I still turned him down."

"Why?"

"Rule number one, Don."

I nodded. "Thank you for being honest. You, your wife, and your men may go."

"Thank you."

He left and I had the next man brought in.

"Luca D'Amico, came to see you three days ago and I want you to tell me why. I want you to be honest with me, Bernardo."

He began to sweat.

"I...I don't know what.....what you are talking about."

"You don't?"

He shook his head.

"My mistake then." I said standing up.

I walked around where him and his wife were seated and saw him visibly relax when I was out of his sight. It was only then that I pounced.

I had his own knife pressed against his wife's throat in an instant. He jumped up and faced me with horror covering his face. His men had their guns aimed at me a second later but there were more of my men there than his.

"I'm only going to ask you one more time and that's only because I'm in a good mood today. Now tell me why Luca visited you three days ago."

"He....He wanted asylum."

"From?"

"From you."

"Do you know why?"

He shook his head no and I pressed his knife tighter against her throat cutting her a little bit.

"Do you know why?"

"He gave up the location of your woman. He knew you'd find out somehow and he wanted me to protect him."

My anger increased tenfold.

"You knew he was the one that caused their deaths? You f*cking knew he was the one that put my Queens life in danger? You knew and you had the nerve to shake my hand and give your condolences at their funeral!?"

He began to cry.

"I'm sorry! Please don't hurt her!"

"You're only sorry that you got caught." I hissed before slicing her throat wide open and dropping the knife to the floor.

"No!" He cried dropping down in front of her and holding her body in his arms. "You monster! You're the Devil."

"I never claimed to be anything else." I said pulling out my gun and shooting him in the head.

I then turned to face his men.

"Give me an honest answer and I will show you mercy. Am I understood?"
