"Tegemi..."

She bit her lower lip and tears well up in her eyes.

She looks at me with kind eyes, and then quickly looks sad again.

The tears welling up runs down her cheeks freely.

She wails down crying her eyes out.

I speak out to her, with a while range of emotions welling up in my heart.

"That accident wasn't your fault at all!"

"You protected me, and you were caught up in the accident."

"What if you died back there!!"

"And what if something happens to everyone at the Famille'?"

Then she squeezed out the words she's been holding out to say.

She fights the tears, which are flowing from her like rain.

"My mother and father are both gone..."

"I feel like everyone who's important to me is going to leave..."

"That's not true!"

"I'll always, we will always be beside you Tegemi!"

"I'm here with you now, aren't i?"

"And I'm sure the members of the Famille' would say the same thing, even if the times comes that the girls made a family of their own, I'm sure they will never let the bonds that they build in the Famille' fade away."

With tears still streaming from her eyes, she looks at me gently.

With her expression lingering in uncertainty.

I squeezes her hand in return.

I sat beside her and wrap my arms around to hold her.

"Me...Me too..."

She try to squeeze another word out.

"I want to be with you!"

"Mina, you won't go away?"

"Of course not, remember I made a promise that I'll always be there, to protect you."

"Mina!"

She rest her head on my chest and begins to cry again...

"It's gonna be alright Tegemi."

Still crying, but she manage to finally smile,

"Yes..."

I hold her tight for a long time underneath the moonlight...
