Why did you leave, if you loved me?
Why did you give up, if you cared?
Why did you sing to me,
" I'll love you till the end of time"
If you didn't mean it?
Why did you push me away, if I was the only person?
Why did you cheat, if I meant to you like you said?
Why did you lie, if you knew it would hurt me?
These are my midnight thoughts.
The words I will never speak of,
Because, what's the use in speaking if it's not gonna change the problem?
