Your POV

My parents always say that I should enjoy being in high school but then I also have to do my homework, get into a college, and be social. I should be getting paid to go to school. My feet jump over rocks and broken glass bottles, making my way towards the quarry. Suddenly I feel my heart stop when a harsh rattling sound stars up. I walk backwards, desperate to take myself as far from that deadly sound as I could go.

The noise stops and I turn around, ready to get out of this forest already

The noise stops and I turn around, ready to get out of this forest already... and now I'm face to face with a 7-foot long rattle snake. To be bitten here would be fatal, and this snake was PISSED.

I try to back away but it moves slowly towards me, no doubt sensing my fear. Before I know it, the snake snaps up, ready to sink its teeth into me. "Fuck!" I scream, and a hard arm wraps around my waist, swinging me to the left and onto the ground. Everything moved so quickly; I was now lying on the floor staring up at a tall figure burning the snake with what looked like a flamethrower. When the snake stopped moving, the guy turned around. Patrick Hockstetter. Fuck that. Patrick and I had chemistry class together, and we'd talked briefly the two times he actually showed up. I get up quickly, peeking over his shoulder at the crispy snake. "What the-"

Patrick's attention turns on me, stalking towards me like a predator: "you owe me, sugarboobs," he says, sticking his lighter into his pocket and shaking the aerosol spray a couple times before chucking it to the ground.

When I don't respond he tilts his head downwards, trying to give me a hint to what he wanted. "You... you want me to give you a blowjob?" I ask quietly. Patrick laughs hysterically, wiping away some joyful tears from his eyes.

"What the fuck, Y/N?! No, I wasn't trying to say that," He cackles, holding his stomach as another round of laughter bubbles inside of him

"What the fuck, Y/N?! No, I wasn't trying to say that," He cackles, holding his stomach as another round of laughter bubbles inside of him. My face heats up and was no doubt as red as a tomato.

"Well you looked down and," I mimic his previous actions, my head tilting downwards, "I thought you were referring to your penis!" I reason, embarrassed by how stupid I was.

"Oh my gosh," he breathes out, following me as I start walking away, my hands covering my heated face. "Do you offer every guy you meet a blow job?" He continues, smiling at me from the side.

"Shut. Up." I cross my arms and he laughs again, amused by my reaction.

"Anyway," he begins, grunting as he kicks away a stone, "you couldn't handle me, babygirl". I scoff and look him straight in the eyes.

"And why's that?" He leans in real close to my face, his cigarette-breath fanning over me as his lips ever so slightly touched mine. I was tempted to kiss him roughly until he spoke.

"Cause you don't like huge snakes". And with that, Patrick Hockstetter walked away, leaving me  bothered and confused at the edge of the woods.

So what did I owe Patrick Hockstetter?..
