JACOB'S POV

I was sitting in my office waiting for 10 am to strike on the clock. Today there was the interviews for the new PA and dang it, they were all females. I was trying my level best not to mess up.

The clock struck ten, I called the first person in.

"Diana Zain" and she came in. Ugh, she had her faced caked with make up and her shirt's top two buttons were open which means if she bends forward I will get to see everything.

"Please sit down" I said, gesturing towards the seat in front of me. She bent down paused for a second on purpose, so that I could see shit, and sat down.

"Why do you want this job?"

"Well, because you are there" That's it! I am not taking this shit anymore.

"Thank you. That will be all"

"What?"

"You are not getting the job. Good-bye. There are other people waiting" She didn't seem to be moving. I got up went close to her and kissed her. It was senseless kiss, like all my other kisses but nevertheless a kiss.

I pulled away from the kiss and said, "You may leave"

"But you kissed me"

"The kiss meant nothing. Now get out before I throw you out"

Tears welled up in her eyes and she left.

The same thing happened with the next three interviews. They weren't here for the job. They were here for me.

I was exhausted and there was still one interview left. Let's get over with this. I bet she would be like the other girls.

"Natalie Devans" I called and came in the waitress at Reyas who created all the chaos and the one with a really hot temper.

"May I come in?" She asked. Omg, she was the only girl who asked that question and I realise it now.

"Yes" I said. I'm pretty sure she recognised me.

"Ah! I'm pretty sure we met before" I said and smiled. The self control she had wavered for a second. So it was not like she had no interest towards me, she just had great self control.

"Yes, we had"

"Please sit down, Miss Devans" and she took a seat. She was wearing pretty decent clothes compared to the others and I was disappointed. I didn't even know why.

"so tell me, why do you need this job? " I leant forward and put both my hands on the table, my fingers interlocking.

"I have been working at my brother's restaurant since I was 18. So I decided for a change" Ah, so the restaurant was her brother's.

"How many years old are you?" I asked.

"24" Oh I was only three years older than her.

"So you don't want this job because of shortage of money or something? "

"Hell no" I raised an eyebrow. This was one time were she forgot that she was supposed to be formal. "I mean no. I have enough money "

"OK you may leave. " I said.

"That's it?"

"Yes and come from next Monday seven am"

"I got the fucking job?!!!" She was so cute when she swears. Wait...what? Shit.

"Yes but I will fire you if you continue using such language" I joked but it looked like she took it seriously.

"Yes sir " she said and was going to leave when...

"I'm pretty sure you've heard this before but you are extremely beautiful " I said. Her self control wavered once again.

"Thank you sir" and she left.

What is going on with me? I never complimented a girl even if I felt like she was pretty. I never felt like I needed to impress a girl but with Natalie I felt like I had to.

I had to get my mind of her so I called my sister.

"Hey cubz" she said. I hated that name. "You never call me. I am the one who always calls you"

"I decided for a change. Any problem?"

"No no. I could get used to this"

"Whatever. Anyways yesterday I had to leave early and I completely forgot to ask"

"What?"

"Who in fucking world gave you that ring?"

"I told you. The person I love."

"And who is that?"

"Promise you won't kill him."

"Whatever"

"It's James! Omg, I was so happy when he proposed to me. I didn't know that he loved me as much as I loved him"

I cut the phone. I walked out of my office and went downstairs. In office James was my secretary, but outside he was my best friend. And he proposed to my sister was without telling me? I don't care if I am in the office but I am going to talk to him.

And there was James.

"Yes sir. What do you want?" He asked.

"James don't go sir-ing me ok? Now how come YOU DIDNT TELL ME WHEN YOU PROPOSED TO MY SISTER!"

James went beet red and now everyone was staring at us

"Sir..."

"I am not speaking to you as your boss. I am speaking to you as your best friend and brother in law" and I pulled him in for a hug. Everyone was staring at us.

I whispered in his ear "Keep her happy"
