AMBER STOOD IN THE KITCHEN, leaning against the counter, sipping out of her coffee filled mug. The rest of the Avengers were scattered around the room, Steve was reading the Sokovia accords, Wanda was sitting next to Vision looking lost, Tony was sitting on a arm chair looking exasperated and Sam and Rhodey were arguing,

"General Ross has a congressional Medal of Honor, which is one more than you have" Rhodey said angrily to Sam,

"So let's say we agree to this, how longs it going to be until they LoJack us like a bunch of common criminals?" Sam replied, crossing his arms,

"117 countries want to sign this, 117, Sam, and your just like 'no that's cool. We got it'" Rhodey said aggressively,

"How long are you going to play both sides?" Sam asked,

"I have an equation" Vision butted in loudly,

"Oh, this will clear it up" Sam said sarcastically, making Amber chuckle into her cup, Sam turned and winked at the girl quickly before turning back to being serious,

"In the eight years since Mr. Stark announced he was Iron Man, the number of enhanced persons has grown exponentially. During the same period, the number of potentially world-ending events has risen at a commensurate rate" Vision said ignoring Sam's comment,

Steve looked up and raised his brow, "Are you saying this is our fault?" He asked,

"I'm saying there may be a causality. Our very strength invites challenge. Challenge invites conflict, and conflict, it breeds catastrophe" Vision said, "Oversight. Oversight is not an idea that can be dismissed out of hand",

"Boom" Rhodey said turning back towards Sam,

"Tony, you are being uncharacteristically non-hyperverbal" Natasha interrupted looking towards him,

"It's because he's already made up his mind" Amber said monotonously, to all of them, as she took another sip of her coffee,

"Boy, you know me so well" Tony replied in an equally monotonous tone, as he got up from his chair, and walked towards the kitchen

"Actually, I'm nursing an electromagnetic headache, That's what's going on, it's just pain. It's discomfort" Tony said grabbing a glass to get some water before stopping abruptly,

"Who's putting coffee grounds in the disposal?" He asked angrily everyone looked at Amber who had a mug of coffee in her hands, Amber glanced around the room, whistling innocently.
