Carter woke up tied to a chair. His uncle was sitting across from him tied to a chair as well. The mysterious man stood next to him talking. When they both realized Carter woke up the strange man approached him. He walked as if he was stalking his prey in the wild. His eyes were filled with wonder and excitement! Also something darker. An evil that would stop at nothing to get what it wanted. When the man was face to face with Carter he spoke.
"My my, have you grown so much!" He said gesturing with his hands. "If your father could see you now! Mmm. He would be so proud!" The made Carter flinch. Nobody ever talks about his father, let alone like that. He spoke up, his mouth dry from being unconscious.
"My father is dead. What do you know of him? " The man seemed taken back that Carter didn't know who he was. He replied "What? You don't recognize your own uncle?!".
