Wendy and I speak to Lucy in the guild about our dragons that have gone missing on the same day. While Shadow and Carla speak to each other about their own topic, Happy comes along to give a fish to Carla. She blows him off as she exits the guild upset. I look over at Happy as he runs to catch up to her. Shadow shrugs as he follows Happy to see what's going on as he was also concerned for Carla.

As we looked out, the rain hasn't stopped pouring. I really wanted to go out for another job but as it seems, we can't even leave without catching a cold. Grab perks as he decides to draw on Natsu's face as I laughed. I grabbed the marker off his hand, drawing blushes and cat ears on his face. Gray and I smirk together giving each other ideas to draw on his face as Lucy, Juvia and Gajeel sigh from our childish behaviour.

As Natsu wakes up, he blurts how he wanted to pick a fight until Lucy shows his reflection. Natsu quickly assumes it was Gray as they begin fighting again. I quietly keep to myself since I didn't want to interfere whatsoever.

Lucy and I take a seat at the bar as I talked with Levy about the book she was reading. Translations! It was something I loved doing. We talked for a while as Lucy points out that Elfman and Mira were leaving. Cana, Levy and I tell her that the anniversary of Lisanna's death is coming up, which is most likely why they are leaving to go to the church. I tilt my head as I tell her she did remind me of Natsu somehow since they got along so well.

Gray calls me over as he bought us both a caramelized frank. I wave off Lucy and Levy as I sat next to him and the minute I put my hands on it, I get all sticky. I ask Gray how I could even eat such a thing as he showed me how. I opened my mouth wide, somehow biting the poor sticky dessert in my mouth. Gray has stripped as he gave me the thumbs up. I told him to go find some clothes.

As I finished up, Gramps calls me and Erza to his table full of paper. I ask Gray for an ice cube to wash my hands as he gives me one before I leave. Once Erza and I are at the table, we talk about the 100-year quest. I wasn't too fazed about it, but if Erza and I team up, it'll be a piece of cake. Which reminded me, I stole a glimpse around the guild and noticed Shadow was missing.

Before I could think something, the guild goes crazy as it began swirling. I grabbed ahold of the table before we were swooped into nothingness. Somehow, I was able to move as I lifted myself to the surface.

I was surrounded on a plain of white rocks with bubbles rising to the sky. I yell at anyone who was still okay until I found Wendy. I run up to her as we continued to search for others. Natsu came along as well as our exceeds. Wendy explains to us what happens before I got the chills. A hole in the sky.

My eyes widen as Carla explains the details behind our exceeds' origins. Shadow and Happy lost all their fight as they begged Carla to give them more details but she refuses. Natsu tries to uplift the situation before Carla gives her conditions. I really didn't want to kill Shadow if it ever came down to that point, but I nodded with Wendy and Natsu.

Our exceeds fly us into the hole with a bright light almost blinding us and transport us into Edolas. The scenery was very obscured. Flying islands, green skies, weird animals and purple trees, very abnormal. We soared through the sky, until our exceeds lose their flying magic and we plummet to the ground.

We marched on through the woods as we talked normally about how hungry we were. I tasted the air and Wendy as we commented it tasted different. As we walked on, Carla mentions that we need to have disguises on. I face palm as I was in such a weird get up from the leaves we used but nevertheless we continued forward.

We catch the weird river flying in the sky beforehand and see a man freely fishing. I sigh harshly as Natsu attempts to ask for help with his weird disguise. I hit him in the head as we rid of our disguises. He tries to pull a fist on me but I catch it, he cowers in fear and stops.
