5 || Volleyball

Y/n's POV

It was 7:30 and everybody was required to go to the gym for the opening of Intramurals, Dawn will be the one who will hold the torch for the opening this year, just like last year,

when the whole class were going to the gym, I had only one thought in mind,

"What was Eric gonna ask me? "

When we reached the gym I snapped out of my thoughts and focused on what we are gonna do today,author lazy *after 25 mins of the opening*

We waited for our game, since our game was the 5th game, and we were against a pretty strong team,i think, I went outside and went to a place where no one was there and stretched a little,

before I started to stretch, I felt warm hands wrapped around my waist,the body at my back was so warm, but the only thing bothering me is that, something hard and was touching my lower back oh shit HAHAHA

like the actual fuck it was hard, I felt it at my back and when I looked at my back, it was Eric. I blushed a little and removed his hands from my waist,

"What are u doing here Eric?" I asked.

"I just wanted to stretch..with u, is there anything wrong?!"

after he said that I was a blushing mess, "actually..no" I replied.

     After we stretched, we went together going back to the gym and the game was almost starting, game 4 was almost done, when game 4 was done we went to our positions, I was wing spiker in open.

The first server was on our team which was Reylette, I heard the other team giggled that why the hell is Reylette our server but they guess wrong, when the whistle was heard,

Reylette took a breathe and served, her serve was targeted to a spot those opponents who underestimated Reylette and didn't even receive it, We scored. I really thought that no one should judge a book by its cover. As they game moved on, I was the server,

My target was an empty space at the corner which was a very risky thing to do but I wanted to to do it, I stepped back a lot of steps and waited for the whistle, I heard it and took a breath and started to do a jump serve, I spiked the ball to where I wanted it to be, the opponent didn't even get it because he thought it was out, so the next serve was mine and the score was 15-5 that's a long way to victory but we were in the lead

so I remembered that there was a boy there that doesn't know how to receive so I targeted 5 serves to him and didn't even get a single one so our score was 20-5, just 5 more y/n, I said to myself, I saw a gap between two players and targeted it there, they didn't receive it so 4 more points till 2nd set.

I targeted the end line of the opponents team, it was risky but it may be worth it, so I served it and no one received it Becuz they really thought it was out, so 3 more points, I remembered that I know how to float serve, it was very effective but I didn't  really use often, but since we're almost done, I wanted to do it. as expected, They can't receive it just as my mind told me, then we changed courts and had a little break for the 2nd set,

we went to our positions and I was still at the same position I was before but the only thing that changed in our position was Eric being at me side, when he played he was so good, like so fucking Goodd, the score was 5-9, the opponents were on the lead for 4 points but since Eric was the server I had faith in him.

Eric's POV

I should make this serve count or simply MAKE ALL MY SERVES COUNT FOR Y/n. She's so good like too good, when she served for ten times and made us win the first set was amazing,but I think she could better than that, my target was the end line as always and scored, I did another one in a different place and scored until it reaches to set point, I wasn't tired at all, I served and targeted the corner which no one received and then we won.

Y/n's POV

We won because of Eric serving 20 points!?! the FUCK. thats so cooll, ughhh... he's so perfect hehe, WAIT WHAT AM I SAYING,ugh nevermind we formed a line and shaked their hands saying "good game" and we celebrated our victory by Annie buying as lunch, atleast she's useful at these times, our next game was the finals ,since last year, we won it, the finals was still 2 more days so I slept for some reason in the bleachers,

when I woke up it was 6:00 PM and Eric was beside me sleeping, we were the only ones left, I guess no one wanted to bother us, Eric looked so peaceful when he was sleeping, but then u heard him yawn and looked at me and said

"How was your sleep y/n?"

I blushed a light shade and answered that,

"it was fine"

and I got my bag and said to him "let's go home Eric, it's getting late" it made him blush a little and answered me
"ok"
